NJM Insurance Group Customer Service Issues

I have been attempting to obtain clarification from NJM regarding a coverage matter with my personal auto policy. Here is a summary of the situation: I have not received a response to my email dated January 11th regarding NJM's letter also dated January 11th. The letter followed a phone conversation where it was mentioned that liability coverage would only apply to a private passenger vehicle we rent. We are renting a 17 ft U-Haul box truck to assist in my daughter's move about 20 miles away. It was advised that this would not be covered due to it not being a private passenger vehicle. In my email from January 11th, I could not find any exclusion, limitation, or exception to our liability coverage concerning renting a box truck. I am seeking clear confirmation from NJM regarding the liability coverage for the box truck rental or specific policy language that would deny such coverage. With my daughter moving next week, a prompt response is crucial. I have involved the Office of Insurance Claims Ombudsman, New Jersey Department of Banking and Insurance in this matter as they assist consumers with insurance issues. It is important to have everything documented in writing for future reference on insurance matters. I am eagerly awaiting a response from NJM to resolve this matter.
