NIPSCO Customer Service Issues

About four weeks ago, you cut off most of my entrance, leaving me with only about 8 feet out of the 50 feet of frontage to the street after pouring the sidewalk. I expected you to return promptly to reopen the closed area, but it has not been fixed yet. Additionally, two days later, you cut out a 2-foot section of my lot's blacktop, leaving a 4-6 inch drop-off. I had to buy blacktop filler for $[redacted] to reopen my drive-thru. However, I still need the remaining repairs done as I have limited parking, which is affecting my business negatively. Please fill the blacktop you cut out so that I can resume normal business activities.

I would like to bring to your attention that a third-party claim for the incident involving the pole and three transformers from last year has not been submitted to my insurance agency. Other parties involved have already processed their claims with my previous insurer.
