NHS Direct Customer Service Issues

I have been experiencing chest pains for approximately four months now. Initially, it felt like cramp pains and appeared four months ago. I consulted the pharmacist who advised me to contact [redacted], but since I started feeling better within a few hours, I didn't call. However, the pain has become more frequent. It occurs when I press on my chest, lie down on my front, or stretch my arms, and can also come randomly. The pain is located in the middle to right side of my chest. Unfortunately, I am unable to secure a doctor's appointment until two weeks from now.
