I missed my NFM card payment on February 7th due to a phone issue. The payment went through today, six days late, and I was charged a $58 late fee. While I acknowledge it was my oversight, this is the first time I have been late, and I feel the fee is excessive. Is there any way to have the late fee waived in this instance? Thank you for your assistance.
