I am being charged $20 plus $3.99 every 60 days for a service I don't use. I only use the toll road 4-5 times a year, which does not add up to $[redacted].94 annually! My online account says I can't cancel because I paid, which seems like an unlawful cycle. I get no benefit from you taking my money. Why can't I cancel? Kindly close my account. If that's truly impossible, please clarify the reasons and billing process. I'll stop payments if you attempt to charge me. Thanks, JT
