Hello, my name is Myone Wyche. I recently reported my stolen debit card along with my wallet. The representative I talked to informed me that there was $5 remaining on my card, which I didn't get to use due to the theft. She provided me with a lengthy number and mentioned that my claim would take around 90 days. It has now been over 90 days, and I have yet to receive my replacement card. Can someone please assist me in issuing a new card? Thank you.

I have a State of California Debit Visa Card with a balance of $[redacted]. However, when attempting to use it in stores, it was declined. Despite multiple attempts to contact customer service, I have been unsuccessful. Initially, I called the number on the back of the card and was informed that I needed a PIN, which I never set up. Further calls to Money Network were unsuccessful as they were unable to identify the card even after providing the front number. Today, I tried calling several numbers associated with Money Network, but once again, they could not identify the card. The State of California provided these cards to residents as part of an inflation-fighting initiative, yet I am unable to utilize it. Your assistance in resolving this issue would be greatly appreciated.

I had a lost card in another state six months ago. Recently, my pay was mistakenly deposited onto the old card instead of the new one after starting a new job in a different state. Despite multiple conversations with the support team, transferring the funds to the new card hasn't been successful even after 36 hours. The office claims the issue lies with the money network team while the money network team says it's the office's responsibility. Any suggestions on how to resolve this?
