Dear Microsoft Support Team, I am experiencing issues with my PC running Windows 7 Enterprise 64-bit after installing Windows Updates on April 11, [redacted]. Following the installation of 11 updates, I encountered multiple problems that persist to this day. Windows Explorer does not work, and I constantly receive notifications upon starting or waking the PC indicating more updates available, some dating as far back as [redacted]. I have attached two screenshots taken on April 11 and 14, [redacted], to illustrate the situation. Your prompt assistance in resolving these issues would be greatly appreciated. Thank you, Chrystopher S.

Hello, I have a Dell Latitude with Windows 7 Professional. The CD drive functions well, except when I insert a blank disc, it doesn't recognize it, and I am not prompted to burn anything. I am seeking advice on resolving this issue without having to purchase a new computer or drive since there are sentimental contents on the laptop. Thank you for any suggestions.

My computer's Windows system updated without warning, causing my wife to lose her chance to complete a career test. She only had one attempt within a 40-minute window. It's crucial to be able to rely on a program like Windows 7 for important tasks without it unexpectedly updating. This situation has left my wife devastated, and we never anticipated this issue.

I would like to address my ongoing issue with my Microsoft Skype subscription. Despite my countless attempts to cancel it over the years, I continue to receive emails about renewing, which I find frustrating. I had spoken to a representative approximately six months ago who assured me they would cancel it. However, it seems the subscription is still active and I am being charged monthly. This recurring charge feels dishonest, given my repeated requests to end the service. I demand an immediate and permanent cancellation of my Skype subscription. If this is not resolved promptly, I will have no choice but to escalate the matter to the office of Ms. Maura Healey, the Attorney General of Massachusetts, with a focus on the Corporate Fraud Division. Thank you, Jonathan H. Young Waltham, Massachusetts
