I signed up with the email [redacted] for a free trial of Microsoft [redacted]. Later, I used [redacted] to purchase Microsoft [redacted] Personal. However, I'm unable to access Microsoft as it prompts me to use the previous account. I wish to remove the [redacted] account and install Microsoft [redacted] Personal on my laptop. I appreciate any assistance with this issue.

I had three emails through GoDaddy and canceled two of the old ones: [redacted] and [redacted] Even though I tried to delete the Admin@ email on my laptop, it is still showing as Admin@ and Chris@ instead of just Chris@. It keeps asking for a password for Admin@, and now my main email ([redacted]) is no longer on my laptop. I believe there was an error when it was initially set up as the person made [redacted] the primary instead of the Chris email. Please assist in restoring the Chris email on my laptop.

I am having trouble accessing our MS Office Account under the username [redacted] We are trying to update our information and payment details due to a change in our administration officer. The previous officer set up two-step verification but no longer has the mobile phone required to complete the process. As a result, we are unable to log in to our account from our PC or use the "Authenticator" app. I hope you can assist us in restoring access. Thank you.

I bought Office [redacted] in September [redacted] to utilize its features for my role as Golf Club Handicapper. I need to save the results on the Cloud under the Club user profile, but since I linked it to my personal account, I cannot access it on the club profile from my laptop.

I recently purchased the Office [redacted] Military Appreciation annual subscription again. It seems I may not have been logged into my Microsoft account during the installation process, which might have caused something to be accidentally deleted from my computer. While my account shows the correct expiration date in March [redacted] after installation, I am unable to open the apps as it indicates they have expired. I have attempted to resolve this for the past 3-4 days, adjusting emails and verifications, but I am now feeling completely confused and frustrated. I believe I have reached a point where I require assistance through remote access to resolve this issue.

I encountered issues while using MS [redacted] where most MS apps froze and displayed a blank rectangle with a message saying "Microsoft is waiting for another application to complete an OLE action." This occurred last evening and only Edge and Amazon Music were responsive. I am unable to access Settings, shut down the apps, or perform any other functions. Despite waiting and troubleshooting for over an hour, the problem persists. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

I have been using the email address [redacted] for countless years, and I access my emails through the Outlook button feature on Office [redacted]. Recently, the button stopped working, and I am unable to access my decades' worth of emails stored in folders, which are incredibly important to me, especially after the recent passing of my wife. I have now realized that I need to use web browsers to view new emails, but I desperately need access to my old emails. Even though I can view emails on my iPad using the Outlook app, it does not allow me to retrieve emails from the old [redacted].office system. I am feeling extremely desperate and would greatly appreciate any assistance in recovering my old emails.

I missed my Microsoft [redacted] payment of $11.00 last Thursday, May 25, [redacted], due to health issues, and I will make the payment on Monday, June 5. Could you please grant me an extension until that date to avoid any service interruption? I am fully subscribed and unsure why this additional charge is necessary. I suspect it could be related to financial adjustments during the pandemic. I request that this issue be addressed and that I am not disconnected. I also urge you to improve customer support accessibility by reinstating telephone and chat support without unnecessary online verification steps. I am having trouble accessing my online account because it keeps requesting a code from the authenticator app. Despite downloading the app multiple times, it fails to work properly. I need access to my account, but I keep encountering issues with the authenticator. My username and password are correct, and I did not set up the authenticator myself; it appeared suddenly and has since prevented me from logging in. As a result, Outlook has been malfunctioning for the past three days. I require the authenticator to be disconnected from my account so I can proceed with logging in. I have been trying to speak with a live representative regarding a subscription fee we are still being charged for, which we no longer use. Unfortunately, I do not have the account details as it was set up by my husband a while back. I now have a new account on my updated computer and need to cancel the old one.
