Micro Center Computers and Electronics Customer Service Issues

I am a big fan of MicroCenter and was excited about the WinBook products I purchased for Christmas. However, the first WinBook with a keyboard broke within a week, and the upgraded one I got in January won't charge and cannot support a Windows 10 update due to storage issues. Similarly, the second WinBook had problems with the battery and network adaptor, making internet use impossible. Despite exchanging them at the St. David's store, I am concerned about the quality of these products and feel like the money spent was wasted. This experience has disappointed me and has made me reconsider shopping at MicroCenter in the future. I hope they can address these issues to prevent others from going through the same frustrations. I am attempting to regain access to my account to log in. Despite my efforts, I have not received any assistance. I am consistently instructed to contact the store, which has been unresponsive. When attempting to call, I am placed on hold indefinitely with distressing music interrupted by repetitive messages. A callback system, like those used by other companies, would be beneficial to avoid the frustration of waiting endlessly by the phone. The live chat indicates a significant queue ahead of me, but the number of people waiting does not decrease. Texting has been unsuccessful as well, with instructions to call the store or promises of a follow-up that never materialize.
