Hello Customer Service Team,
I have been a loyal Merrell footwear customer for over 30 years. As a 68-year-old artist who finds inspiration in nature and enjoys outdoor activities, I rely on Merrell products for their durability and comfort. Unfortunately, I encountered issues with my Winterlude Waterproof Black Merrell boots last year. Despite repairs with Shoe Goo, the boots developed cracks that have now made them ineffective in winter conditions.
The boots, size US-7, with the production number [redacted], have not met my expectations. I am disappointed that a product I considered top-rated has failed me. I kindly request a replacement with a similar style that maintains the high quality Merrell is known for - suitable for subzero temperatures, waterproof, and offering comfort and support for hiking.

Hello. I need some advice regarding warm waterproof boots in size 3.5. I selected the Merrell Tall Tremblant Ezra Polar and made a purchase on Amazon since I couldn't find the size elsewhere. My payment totaled £[redacted], and the boots were delivered yesterday. I'm worried that they might not be authentic as they lacked tags and came in a plain box. I'm leaning towards returning them but would appreciate your input before proceeding.

I have been a loyal customer of yours for years and have purchased multiple pairs of the Merrell Vapor Glove and Trail Glove shoes. As someone with wide feet who prefers minimalist footwear, these shoes have always been my top choice.
I have bought around 7 to 8 pairs over time and used them until the soles started to detach and the treads wore out. Recently, when I tried to replace my worn-out Trail Gloves, I was disappointed to find that Merrell had made significant changes to the shoe. The new design no longer fits my wide feet and has moved away from being a minimalist shoe, despite still being promoted as one.
I urge you to reconsider the current direction of the product and return to the minimalist principles it was originally based on. The current design sits in a middle ground that does not fully cater to either minimalist or regular shoe wearers.
While I have admired Merrell's superior quality and fit, I am now exploring alternative minimalist options due to these changes. Thank you for listening to my feedback.

I am disappointed in the poor quality of my Merrell ALL OUT BLAZE WEB J37612 sandals. I paid $80 for them, and after part of the sandal that held the heel strap broke, requiring a replacement from dePrimas in Rome, GA, it has now broken again. The design and quality are very unsatisfactory compared to my long-wearing Tevas. I had higher expectations of Merrell in terms of both product design and materials.

My name is Araz, writing from Seattle, Washington. In January, I purchased a pair of Merrell sneakers while on vacation in Argentina. I have bought four pairs of MERRELL sneakers before and never encountered any issues until now. After only wearing them a few times for urban activities in the city, the soles started to detach during a simple walk.
I have attached photos showing the almost new condition of the sneakers to illustrate the unexpected damage they have suffered. Given Merrell's reputation as a reputable company, I am reaching out to inquire about the customer support and potential solutions available for this situation. I am unable to afford a new pair at this time, so I would greatly appreciate assistance in resolving this issue.

I need to cancel one of the two orders I placed for the same pair of shoes. I noticed that the amount charged for each order is different, which is unusual.
I found the online ordering process a bit confusing as I didn't receive immediate confirmation after placing the order, leading to the duplicate purchase.
Could you please cancel order number W[redacted] promptly as I do not wish to go through the trouble of returning it?

I have been a loyal wearer of Merrell's minimalist tennis shoes for years and recently purchased the Trail Glove 6. However, I was disappointed to find that the toe box in this latest version is much narrower than before. After just a few hours of wear, my big toe started to feel sore due to rubbing against the sides. Despite reading similar complaints in other customer reviews, I took a chance on these shoes, hoping for a different outcome. Unfortunately, I was mistaken. I am now requesting that Merrell strongly consider widening the toe box in future designs. Thank you for taking my feedback into consideration. I hope to hear from someone at Merrell regarding this matter.

Hi,
I placed an order for a pair of Merrell Moab 2 Ventilator shoes through the company Merrell Greece on March 6th. When the package arrived at the post office last Friday, it contained a scarf instead of the shoes that I ordered. I am unable to reach the sender to request a return label for the unwanted item and a full refund. The company, AP Worldshomegoods in Singapore, offered a 43% refund and suggested I keep the scarf, but I reiterated my desire for a return label and full refund, and now they are not responding. The order confirmation number is 1XH-dd-[redacted]-vck41-[redacted][redacted]. The total cost of the order was 75.34€. I have not received assistance from other contact addresses I have tried. Any help with this issue would be appreciated.

I purchased a pair of Merrell Speed Strike Ltr Sieve shoes online in Turkey. Upon receiving them, I tried them on at home but found them uncomfortable, especially my right foot. I tried wearing them at home and outside, but the fit did not improve. After taking a picture of the inner walls, I noticed the excessive "textile" material on the right shoe compared to the left. I returned the shoes to the store, and they sent them to Merrell Turkey for inspection. Unfortunately, they claimed the shoes were not defective and are returning them to me. I am disappointed to have spent so much on shoes that are unwearable and feel let down by the brand's reputation.
