Mercury Insurance Group Customer Service Issues

I wanted to inquire about the coverage for outside sheds. Recently, my shed was completely blown off its base during strong winds in North Sacramento, reaching up to 60 mph. Unfortunately, the shed and its contents suffered significant damage. My neighbor kindly assisted in securing the shed to prevent further damage. Currently, it is tied down in my backyard, but the structure is in bad shape. The base and floor seem to be affected by the rain as well. I recall hearing that homeowners' insurance may provide coverage for such incidents, but I am unsure if there is a deductible involved.
