I recently purchased an Asmanex Twisthaler 110mcg from CVS for $70.10. Unfortunately, I unintentionally twisted the inhaler, resulting in a loss of 6 doses. When I tried to inhale from the nozzle, I felt nothing. When I returned to CVS, they declined to exchange the product. Is it possible to receive a replacement? I am also curious if there is a version with a different inhaler that may be more suitable for me. I have all my receipts and documentation. Thank you, E. McCabe

I recently got a prescription for Farxiga. It works well for me, but it's too expensive to continue. I used up my samples and might have to stop due to cost, even though it helps my blood sugar levels. My doctor suggested Steglatro, but my insurance denied it. The Steglatro coupon says it can be used if the medication is not covered, providing a $[redacted] benefit. However, the pharmacy explained that insurance needs to pay first. If I can use this coupon without insurance, I could afford the medication for a year and maintain my results. Any assistance would be appreciated!

Dear Sir/Madam,
I am facing a serious issue regarding “Keytruda” with the following details:
Serial Number: SN[redacted]69
Expiration Date: 20JUN2022
Lot Number: S024473
Manufacture Date: 21JUN2020
My wife, A.V. Lahoud, a French National residing in Beirut, Lebanon, is receiving treatment with "Keytruda" at The American University Hospital in Beirut under the care of Dr. A. Tfayli.
Due to the economic crisis in Lebanon, "Keytruda" became unavailable, leading us to purchase 4 units of 100mg/4ml (25mg/ml) from Istanbul, Turkey for a total of 6.[redacted] US$.
After using 2 doses, concerns arose that the Turkish-bought drugs may be counterfeit. The distributor in Lebanon, "UNION," has advised against using the product and suspects it might be counterfeit.
Despite the high cost, my primary worry is confirming the authenticity of the mentioned product before my wife's next session on September 8, [redacted]. I am seeking information regarding the origin of the drugs purchased and any guidance you can provide on this matter. Your prompt response before September 8 would be greatly appreciated.
Thank you in advance for your assistance.
Best regards,
