I received a package today, and the box was significantly damaged upon arrival. Despite being wrapped in bubble wrap, the product inside was bent and damaged along with the box. The delivery person's handling seemed rough based on the noises I heard outside. Two other items in separate boxes were also damaged, fortunately not the products themselves. However, being a collector, a damaged box is unacceptable for me. I am certain the seller isn't at fault, as evidenced by the pre-shipment pictures. It is clear that the damage occurred during transit. I am requesting a refund for the $[redacted] I paid and have taken pictures of the damaged product box.

I received a Sonic watch that only lights up when delivered, although it was supposed to light up according to the description. I tried to contact the seller to get a replacement, but she has not responded. I've been attempting to report the issue through the app but have been unsuccessful so far. I was looking forward to giving this watch to my grandson because it's Sonic and lights up, but now it doesn't work, so I'm disappointed.

I purchased a Sonic Hedgehog light-up watch that was supposed to be brand new in the box. Unfortunately, when I received it, the watch was broken and doesn't light up at all. I contacted the seller right away about this issue. They mentioned they would check if they had another one like it. I've been dealing with this problem since day one and it's frustrating. I'm not very familiar with Mercari, but all my other purchases have worked well. The seller said she would look for a replacement, which is why I didn't rate her yet. However, she has now been rated, received the payment, and I'm left with a non-functioning watch. I wanted to give it to my grandson, but it's useless in its current state. I haven't heard back from the seller since she mentioned checking for a replacement. I rely on Mercari for my purchases, but this issue needs to be resolved fairly.

I kindly request a refund be issued to a buyer due to my mistake in listing the wrong size. Although the correct size is shown in the pictures, the buyer is threatening to report me and leave negative reviews. I have been actively communicating with the buyer about this issue and I am not trying to avoid the situation. I mentioned to the buyer that once I receive my belt back, a refund can be processed. I purchased [redacted] pieces of the Building Blocks Titanic Large Cruise Ship Steamship from TheShoeSalesman.
Upon delivery, I noticed two issues:
1. The original box was missing, which was not mentioned in the description. The blocks were packed in sealed plastic bags inside a generic shipping cardboard box, along with the instruction booklet.
2. The labeled bags of blocks do not match the instructions. The instructions mention up to bag #15, but the bags provided go up to at least #39 or higher based on the contents of the large bags we opened.
When we started assembling, we found pieces missing from bag #1, hindering our progress. We are experienced in building block kits but are unable to complete the ship.
I hope the seller can assist promptly, but I am unsure how to contact them. Your help is appreciated.

I need assistance reprinting my labels. The instructions provided are incorrect and there is no apparent option to reprint them. Lately, I haven't been receiving email notifications for my sales like I used to. I usually print labels from my email at [redacted] I require the recent sales to be emailed to me with the correct label attachments. It's challenging to contact Mercari via their website as none of the available options seem to address my specific issue.

I purchased a pre-owned cell phone on Dec 16th from a seller in Lexington, KY, while I am located in Ashland, KY. The total amount of $22.45 was deducted from my checking account which includes $15 for the phone and $7 for shipping. Unfortunately, I never received a tracking number from the seller and was unable to get in touch with her. Mercari informed me that they prompted the seller to ship the item, but now they claim they have no record of my transaction. I urgently need this specific phone to be able to charge my old battery and retrieve important data like contacts, passwords, Gmail, and photos from my broken phone with a faulty charger port. I purchased a MacBook from a seller who instructed me to reach out to their son for the shipment. Not familiar with Mercari's contact policies, I missed their messages and my order got canceled. When I finally connected with the son directly, they requested payment via Zelle for shipping. They quoted $[redacted] for shipping, but I declined. Sadly, after that, they disappeared without returning my money.

I sold a pair of Magnolia Pearl shorts for $[redacted].00. Unfortunately, I couldn't use the provided shipping label as I couldn't print it, so I paid for the shipping myself. I sent the item on Dec 29 and provided the tracking number #9[redacted] 1[redacted] [redacted] 41 to the buyer. Despite checking the tracking information showing the delivery on Jan 3, the buyer claims they never received it. I tried to follow up multiple times, but now I can't message them back. It's frustrating to be out $[redacted].00 while the buyer enjoys the shorts for free. The situation is even more upsetting as another item I sent the same way was received and paid for, while this one seems to have been taken without payment. I shipped a new Garmin S62 Premium GPS Golf watch to a buyer who claimed it was defective. Mercari approved the return, and the buyer alleged the item was faulty, even though it was unopened and new. They mentioned taking it to the store where I purchased it, Dicks, and claimed they confirmed the defect. Upon receiving the return, I noticed the package had been opened, and the buyer did not even charge the watch. Despite it working perfectly, the buyer was still refunded, and Mercari mentioned my listing did not adhere to guidelines. I have always been punctual and never had issues with previous sales, so I am frustrated that the buyer was able to falsely claim and obtain a refund.

1. I've had trouble sending buyers their tracking number on Mercari's app. The administrator keeps deleting my messages for safety. Can buyers not receive their tracking numbers?
2. Received a message about infringing on Dooney and Bourke IP while trying to sell a purse. The listing was supposed to be taken down, but it's still up. I've removed it myself until I understand the issue better.
My suggestions are:
1. Messages should be more specific to help sellers understand their mistakes.
2. Human verification should be done before sending automatic messages to sellers regarding tracking numbers.

I purchased a Cuisinart coffee maker from one of your vendors. The item arrived wrapped in a damaged white garbage bag. Upon inspecting the contents, I discovered that the carbon filter and scoop were missing. When attempting to brew coffee, the appliance leaked everywhere because the filter was absent. After contacting Cuisinart for replacement parts, I was informed the model was obsolete.
I reached out to Mercari for a refund, and they agreed but did not mention covering the return shipping costs. I find it unfair that I had to pay $60 to return an item that was misrepresented by the seller, as this exceeds the original purchase price and shipping fee. I believe this practice should not be allowed on Mercari, similar to Ebay's policies. I kindly request reimbursement for the return shipping expenses.

I have mailed out 3 orders and keep receiving generic responses on releasing payments from Mercari. Despite my years of experience on the platform, I am only getting unhelpful canned responses. Two of the orders, shipped via FedEx and USPS, were sent out on the same day. In my small town, drop-off locations are limited, and the scanning process has caused delays and financial losses for me. Although both orders were delivered to the buyers on time, Mercari is claiming I was late and withholding my payments. I want the money owed to me as I did not receive my merchandise back.
I recently shipped another order via FedEx, the buyer canceled, and the package's location is not updating. I have reached out to Mercari but can't contact the buyer post-cancellation. I have the FedEx tracking number and just want my due payments for all my shipments without encountering generic responses and closed cases.

I recently sold a brand new Dolce and Gabbana men's belt with tags still attached. Upon being notified of its delivery, I received a request for a return claiming that the belt shipped did not match the one in the ad, which I find unfounded. The evidence provided in the form of a pixelated picture is hardly conclusive. I firmly believe that the belt I sent was the one advertised, valued at over $[redacted], and objected to the return. Despite my protest, Mercari approved the return. I suspect foul play as the item was meant to be delivered on March 4th, yet it is now the 6th and Mercari has failed to address my two previous inquiries made through the app.
