My account was closed without valid reason. I confirmed my identity and added my debit card. Although my address matches my daughter's, who was banned as well, that is her issue. I believe I am facing discrimination since my account was closed for her actions, not mine. I only listed my own possessions for sale after she was banned for her actions. I would like my recently opened account reinstated and functional.

Hello, I recently purchased item ID m[redacted]9 from "AticTreasures". The listing mentioned that it did not include a charging adapter and that the digitizer was broken, but with an intact LCD. I confirmed with the seller that the LCD was in good condition and proceeded with the purchase. Upon receiving the charging adapter on 11/15, I discovered that both the glass and the LCD of the "Galaxy View 18.4" were broken. As I was getting ready to send out an item I sold, I followed the shipping label provided by the site. The package's dimensions and weight met the criteria given. When I took it to the post office for mailing and a receipt, they mentioned it was for a flat-rate envelope, which would cost more. This puzzled me because I assumed the label I printed took into account the box size and weight, as required by the site.

I packed my model kit cars in two boxes. Box [redacted] is 2 ft by 2 ft by 60 inches, and they want $[redacted] to ship it. The other box, which contains about 70 models with similar dimensions, also costs almost $[redacted] to ship. I have canceled and relisted sales several times to simplify this process. I made a purchase on Mercari from MasterTech on 11/11/21 for an Apple Macbook Laptop. The order total was $[redacted].78. Despite attempts to reach out to the seller, the item has not been shipped yet. I contacted MasterTech in Pahrump NV, but they have no record of my order. UPS has a tracking number, but the package is still with the shipper in Palo Alto, California. This is the current status of my order.

I am new to Mercari and I sell sports cards for a living. I made a mistake mentioning PayPal to a buyer and received a warning. Despite this, I have been making sales and building relationships. When trying to help customers find the value of sports cards by mentioning sportcardinvestor.com, I received more warnings. Recently, I accidentally sent the wrong sports card boxes to a customer, offering to make it right by delivering the correct ones. Unfortunately, Mercari flagged this message, limiting my account activities. Shortly after, they closed my account, citing multiple warnings. I find this unfair as I have pending shipments and no way to reach buyers. I didn't realize Mercari had such strict communication rules. I enjoyed interacting with followers and making daily sales. I purchased a Fitz and Floyd ceramic piece from Pretty Thrifty Lounge on 11-17-21 for $[redacted].92 (Item #[redacted]4). It was delivered on 11-22 but was poorly packaged with minimal padding, just UPS Priority Mail envelopes. I contacted the seller, who redirected me to you. Hi, I mistakenly swapped shipping labels for an eBay order. The eBay customer received a t-shirt intended for them, while the customer is mistakenly receiving a ring valued at $[redacted]. I plan to provide the eBay customer with a return shipping label addressed to the correct recipient. Could assistance be provided in obtaining a return label for the ring? I attempted to contact USPS for interception, but was informed only the account holder can request this. A Mercari representative on the app claimed otherwise. The item, which is significantly more valuable than what was supposed to be received, is still at the recipient's local Post Office.

I made a purchase without an account using my PayPal pay in 4 installments feature (I now have an account). I have not received any details about my PS4 order and have been charged twice ($49.50). The PS4 was listed as used for $[redacted]. After some searching, I found the seller was Kickz N Goodz. Due to this issue, I am facing four $36 bank fees. I urgently need a solution! The package I received was heavily damaged, and I am requesting a refund for the shipping as well. The item was inside a larger makeshift box made of cardboard pieces, with one end only covered with tape. The outer box is very dented and smashed, and the inside box containing the item is also damaged. There was no packing material to prevent the item from moving inside the box. The piano keys are not functioning properly, with some keys not producing sound when pressed and others not able to be pressed down.
I have taken ten pictures of the damages, but I am facing issues uploading them for my refund request. I am frustrated by the lack of clear contact information for Mercari and the $1 charge for chat support. Please provide me with an email address where I can send my complaint and pictures. I am adamant about getting a refund for the shipping costs for receiving such a damaged package, and I do not understand why a broken piano would need to be returned.

I plan to share all the details of this poor experience with your service on Facebook. Hello, I placed an order on the website and my Order ID is #m[redacted]7. Unfortunately, I missed the delivery as I was at work. Despite contacting FedEx with tracking number [redacted][redacted], they informed me that the package was sent to the post office without a new tracking number. The post office was unable to assist without the new tracking information and only found details based on the FedEx number. I received a damaged cookie jar and dinner plate from a kitchen set I bought. I haven't had time to contact the seller before the rating window closes soon. Good morning, I was introduced to the Mercariy Platform by a lady named Flora. She invited me to become an agent on the platform, promising that I would complete orders and earn commissions daily. After registering and funding my account, I started placing orders and referring more people to join as agents. I would like to escalate this matter to a supervisor as I feel I have been waiting patiently for resolution. The claim made against me regarding my account is unfounded. I carefully packaged a 55-inch television in its original box with the stand and remotes placed inside, and even took clear photographs to document the condition. The box was padded extensively, including extra bubble wrap for protection. Although I did not take a picture of the TV with the screen fully intact before shipping, it is clear from the photos provided that the buyer's claim is inaccurate. I request the release of my funds as the evidence supports my side of the dispute.

I'm having trouble accepting a new offer for my item because I previously countered another offer that got declined. Now, it won't allow me to accept the new offer because it says I've made an offer on the item before. The "contact us" system on the app only offers two random problems that aren't helpful. Can I please accept the new offer for my item even though the old offer was declined? It seems unnecessary to have this issue when the previous offer was already rejected.
