I am experiencing a frustrating situation. My son temporarily stayed with us in our condo at [redacted] Portside Drive while his residence at [redacted] Portside Drive was being prepared. Secondly, my son goes by the name "Nick" but his official name is Richard Nicholis Capan Jr. Furthermore, he had knee surgery in February [redacted] with Dr. Michael Powers, the same surgeon who operated on my husband's knees in [redacted]. I believe a refund check may have been mistakenly sent to our address. Recently, I was asked to provide information to clear a $28.98 balance, and I submitted a copy of a death certificate by mistake, leading to my son's insurance being wrongly canceled. Although his insurance is now reinstated, I have received a new check in my name with Claim number [redacted][redacted]. I am concerned about cashing it as it might lead to further complications.
