I recently received a medical guardian watch alert system that I intend to return. If I do not receive a response from you, I will return it by mail with a return receipt and a registered letter. I find the instructions for the lockbox device difficult to read due to the small and faint print. I am having trouble opening the box containing the watch. The system is too expensive for me, and despite being promised some money back, I have not received it on my credit card. If I do not hear back within 48 hours, I will take the necessary steps to return the system as I do not wish to keep it.
