Please stop notifying me that my antivirus software is outdated. I no longer use your antivirus protection; I have switched to a different one. When I used your protection with FixMeStick, I encountered numerous issues. Your McAfee and FixMeStick resulted in my computer crashing and costing me a lot. Since I switched away from your services, I have had no problems. I have advised many people not to use your services when they ask for recommendations. - John M.

A few days ago, I received a notification that my McAfee subscription is expiring soon. I promptly renewed it for a 2-year extension priced at €99.95, selecting PayPal as the payment method. Today, on December 22nd, I noticed that both McAfee and PayPal charged me the same amount of €99.95, resulting in a double payment from my bank account. I kindly request a reimbursement from one of the companies as soon as possible. Thank you for your prompt attention to this matter.

I reached out to McAfee to address an issue with legitimate emails being flagged as spam in Outlook but unfortunately, our connection was abruptly cut off.
I appreciate McAfee Customer Support creating Service Request [redacted]. Although the initial contact was interrupted, I remain hopeful for resolution. For further support within the next 90 days, I can access assistance through the provided link.
The transcript highlighted the beginning of a support session with Jeslin, which unfortunately ended unexpectedly. I am still encountering the problem of non-spam emails being diverted to the spam folder despite my attempts to flag them as not spam. Even emails I consider "personal" have been mistakenly filtered. Any guidance on preventing this issue would be greatly appreciated.

I attempted to purchase McAfee PC protection online, but encountered difficulty during the download and install process. The window suddenly changed, leaving me unable to complete the installation. I did not receive any guidance on how to proceed, which left me uncertain if the purchase was successful. Concerned about being charged without access to the product, I contacted AmEx for assistance. Despite the issue, neither McAfee nor AmEx reached out to help resolve the situation. Now, I realize I may be charged for two months of service despite not being able to use the product. Feeling taken advantage of, I seek to cancel the purchase due to dissatisfaction. I believe termination is in line with your policy. Please contact me at ([redacted]) matter to assist. - David F. V.

My husband recently purchased McAfee with 5 licenses for us to share. I downloaded it on my PC and Android phone using his login. However, now I am unable to access my subscription as it keeps directing me to my old expired McAfee account that I never used. I need help fixing my account settings and making sure my devices are protected.

I encountered an issue updating my physical address on my McAfee account. Despite clearly stating my problem, the customer support representative, Ammu Andrews, repeatedly misunderstood my request by suggesting changes to my email or billing address. The confusion continued, leading to ineffective solutions like updating billing information instead of the actual physical address. I expressed my frustration as Ammu failed to address my concern promptly and correctly, highlighting a problem with McAfee's hiring and training practices. Ultimately, I abandoned the conversation feeling unsatisfied with the support provided.

I have been repeatedly charged for McAfee services for 5 computers despite only having one. I struggled to contact them due to a brain injury causing delays in addressing the issue. Even after finding a contact number, I can't provide an account number as I don't have that information without my laptop. I've been wrongly billed for 5 computers for over 2 years and separately for another single computer for a year. I primarily use my phone, not multiple computers. I demand a refund for services I never used or requested. Failure to refund me will lead to serious consequences. This situation amounts to fraud, and I insist on a response and a cash refund instead of continued service. Kindly address this promptly. Thank you, Bon Rol.

Please cancel the orders I did not place and refund my money. I have never owned more than one laptop. I was charged for 5 computers twice and an extra computer I never received. I demand a full refund for this fraudulent activity over two years. I struggled to address this issue due to health problems. Refund the money for the 5 computers and the separate one you wrongly charged me for. If not resolved, I will escalate this matter further. Contact me through email for my current address for the refund. Thank you. - B. Rollins

I am writing to address an issue with a McAfee program purchased over a year ago. Unbeknownst to me, you deducted over £90 from my account months ago without my consent. I have been unable to access the laptop, and recently another transaction of £69.14 was withdrawn on April 22nd, with Reference Number INTL[redacted].USD $95.99. I have not utilized the program and, given my unexpected financial burden, I am requesting a cessation of these subscriptions and a refund. To clarify, despite spending over £[redacted] on a virus program, I have not actively used the software for more than a year. My account number is [redacted], and I go by the name of PR Ashworth. Kindly halt the subscription and promptly return the funds. I have previously reached out without a response, and as a person living on a modest pension, the reimbursement is crucial for me. Your attention to this matter is greatly appreciated. Thank you and best regards.

I have been experiencing a recurring message on my computer for about a year, but recently it has become more frequent, appearing several times per hour. McAfee's messages pop up on top of other windows and cannot be closed promptly. They persist even after following the suggested actions. I am frustrated with these interruptions and wonder if there is a way to stop them. I prefer not to switch from McAfee if possible. I recall bringing up this issue earlier this year, but it was more than 90 days ago. Please refer to the attached PDF for further information.

I have been a loyal subscriber to McAfee Total Protection and renewed my membership on November 11, [redacted], with license number: CS[redacted], using [redacted] as my email address. Unfortunately, I accidentally deleted my files and can no longer access my account to reinstall the product. My subscription is valid until November 26, [redacted], and I believe it's unfair to ask me to make a new payment, especially since I have been planning to renew it. I have since changed my email to [redacted] on May 31, [redacted]. I hope that you can help me resolve this issue as I value being a loyal customer of McAfee. Your prompt assistance would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

I did not order McAfee Antivirus Plus. The order came from you and was assigned Order #ME980724. I do not approve this charge on my account. If you charge me, it will be without my consent, as I do not have that amount of money. This would amount to theft from me. I will take action by reporting to the BBB and the Houston Police Fraud Division to investigate this unauthorized charge. Please do not deduct any amount from my account, as I am not authorizing this auto-renew charge. If you take $[redacted] from my account without my approval, I will not pay you and will file a fraud complaint immediately. I will not hesitate to involve the authorities. It is imperative that my account is not subjected to this theft of funds. This situation raises concerns about fraud, and I will involve the Houston Police Fraud Division due to my background in law enforcement in Houston for 32 years.

Hello! I have been receiving pop-ups from McAfee indicating that a virus has been detected and quarantined. The pop-ups mention that the origin of the virus is unknown, but they often come from web downloads and email attachments. The pop-up occurs approximately every 10 seconds, and I keep closing it each time. After checking the details, I found that one of the items is injector.exe with the threat RDN/Generic.dx, and another is NtQuerySystemInformationHook.dll with the same threat. McAfee's security report shows that [redacted] threats were quarantined, but more keep appearing, such as ww31.exe with the threat Generic trojan.pr and killprocess2005.exe with the threat GenericRXKK-YD!061129CBBEF10B. I have run a full scan, but nothing was found. Despite turning off the "Real Time Scan" option under "Information Alerts," the issue persists. What should I do to address this ongoing problem?

I need assistance with reaching the appropriate department at McAfee. My attempts to contact them over the past week have been unsuccessful as the emails I receive are marked as “No Reply”, preventing me from responding.
Regarding Order # CS[redacted] and Account: [redacted], last year I was billed A$39.64 after a discount. However, this year I was charged A$64.95 for Virus Plus with Site Advisor + 1 PC without prior notice of the price change. I noticed that McAfee's website offers more features, such as Premium Cover for 5 PCs with VPN, for the same price. Despite being a loyal customer since [redacted], I find it disappointing to have to complain each year about the lack of consideration for my loyalty. I kindly request a reduction in the renewal price similar to last year or an upgrade to the Premium service at the same cost. Thank you. Ignatius L.

I recently received a security update email from your company a couple of days ago. However, I found another email in my junk folder stating that I had been billed for a 5-year subscription, using the email [redacted] claiming to be part of Geeksquad. This seems suspicious to me, as I did not make any such purchase. The email also included two phone numbers, which I am hesitant to call. I suspect this may be a phishing attempt. Could you please investigate this matter? Kindly provide me with an email address where I can forward the suspicious email for your review. Thank you.

I recently received an invoice for a McAfee product I did not order. I uninstalled the free McAfee from my computer months ago and do not have a login to cancel auto-renewal. I never provided payment information. When I called to cancel, they requested my bank and personal details, which I refuse to give as I did not order or pay for anything. I demand my personal information be removed from their system immediately. McAfee's business practices are dishonest, and I am shocked at their behavior. I will never use McAfee again. I will not pay the invoice ID289MF-9364X-37XGX-6F2D7856 as it is illegal and unjust.

I received an email this morning with your logo notifying me that my McAfee Total Protection subscription will expire in 24 hours and will be automatically renewed. The email included an Invoice Number: MC[redacted]12, Order ID: MCA[redacted], Product Description: 1 Year McAfee Total Security, and Product Price: $[redacted].99. They also provided a phone number, [redacted], for immediate support. I am positive that I did not purchase this product from McAfee. When I called the number provided, I was instructed to fill out an online form to cancel the auto-renewal using software from a company called Zoho Assist. I refrained from downloading the software as it seemed suspicious. I suspect this is a scam and I want to ensure that no funds are withdrawn from my account. Thank you for looking into this matter. - D. Poston.
