I am inquiring about my case number [redacted]6. My vehicle is under recall, and I would like to review the information that was sent to the local dealer regarding the repair. I have experienced discourteous customer service representatives, as I called twice today but was disconnected both times. This situation suggests a lack of knowledge and professionalism among the staff. I am requesting a phone call from a knowledgeable professional who can assist with resolving my case.

Quito, July 14, [redacted] MAZDA MOTOR CORPORATION Dear Sir/Madam I would like to share a story with you. My name is Juan Diego Enriquez, and not long ago, I purchased my first car, a [redacted] Mazda 3. Although it was not brand new, it was in excellent condition. I have always admired the MAZDA brand, so I had no hesitation in buying it. Recently, my beloved car had to be taken to the mechanic due to a minor issue where a plastic part broke, allowing water to enter the engine. The repair is estimated to cost around $4,[redacted], which I cannot afford. I am now in a desperate situation and may have to sell my car for parts. I am disappointed that a brand I trusted for my first car has shattered my dreams and hopes. Sincerely, Juan Enriquez

My daughter, age 16, was in an accident on 11/28/[redacted], sustaining a back injury in my [redacted] Mazda CX-5. Unfortunately, Mazda does not currently have the part needed to repair the structural frame of my vehicle. The car has been sitting at the body shop with no estimated time for the part to become available, potentially leaving it there for days, weeks, or even months. Despite having full coverage and Gap insurance, purchased through Mazda in May [redacted] with under 36,[redacted] miles on the car, it has now been over 40 days since the accident. I rely on the car for commuting, and the situation is causing me financial strain, as I still need to make monthly payments to Mazda Financial for a vehicle I cannot drive. The Mazda dealership where I bought the car is not cooperating, putting me in a difficult position where I might lose my job, default on loans, and jeopardize my family's well-being. I have reached out to Mazda customer service and opened a ticket, but have yet to receive a satisfactory response. I urgently need Mazda to address this situation and provide a resolution promptly.

We own a [redacted] Mazda Tribute with VIN# 4F2YUO8192KMO1736. We bought it from Ricart Motors in Columbus, Ohio, USA. The title has a lien from Mazda American Credit, and we need a letter from them on their letterhead. The letter should include the vehicle's year, make, VIN, and the owner's name. Mazda American Credit must confirm they no longer have an interest in the vehicle and that the lien is discharged. The letter doesn't require notarization. The lien holder can fax it to the Franklin County Clerk of Courts - Auto Title Division at fax number [redacted]. We are Pat & Janet Waugh, the owners.

I bought a Mazda C3 from CarStore, Coventry, a year ago. Recently, I had it serviced and MOTed at Mazda Warwick. They advised me to replace the heat guard, which was done last week. Now, they say I need to replace the petrol tank for around £1,[redacted]. I find this cost excessive for a car of this age. I wonder if this is a common issue with this model or if CarStore should have identified these problems before selling it to me. Can anyone confirm if there have been any recalls related to this? The car is relatively new with registration number SO65CYG.
