I have been diagnosed with PCOS and experience severe symptoms like heavy bleeding, blood clots, and painful cramps similar to endometriosis. Despite being prescribed birth control by my OBGYN, it hasn't helped alleviating my symptoms. I am frustrated as the doctors haven't found the root cause of my issues and only recommend standard treatments. Could my autoimmune disease be related to this? I have been struggling with these problems since 5th grade and feel disappointed by the lack of comprehensive investigation into my condition. I am contemplating using medical marijuana to manage the pain.

I am seeking help for my health issues and feeling extremely unwell. I am struggling with various symptoms and discomfort after a serious car accident in September [redacted]. Since the accident, I have experienced nausea, faintness, sweating, and difficulty eating. I am on medication for borderline diabetes, fluid retention, and a slow heartbeat, including warfarin and cholesterol medication. Despite my efforts to seek assistance from my nurse practitioner and a heart doctor, I am still feeling unwell and anxious about my condition. I am also battling anxiety and depression. I feel overwhelmed and neglected in my search for answers and relief. Any guidance or support would be greatly appreciated.
