Marshalls Customer Service Issues

I spent some time attempting to complete a customer feedback survey (survey number: [redacted]) on 10/24/[redacted] at Marshalls in Evansville, Indiana. I wanted to share my positive experience with Martin, a fantastic sales associate. However, despite multiple tries, I couldn't move to the next step. Martin is friendly, efficient, and truly makes customers feel valued. I hope you can ensure he receives recognition for his outstanding service. Thank you.

I recently bought a pair of Catherine Malandrino boots from your store in downtown Boston. Unfortunately, when I went to wear them, I cut my foot on spikes inside the insole arch. I didn't try them on in the store since I have the same pair in black from T.J.Maxx. I contacted customer service via email, and they referred me to your return policy. As a frequent shopper at your store, I find it unacceptable that I got hurt because of a lack of inspection of the merchandise. I am seeking compensation for my injured foot. Thank you.

I purchased a London Fog carry-on luggage in August [redacted] for a trip but found it too small and not practical due to lack of compartments. It has remained unused with labels and receipt intact. My daughter-in-law, a flight attendant, confirmed the quality issues of the luggage. I am now considering returning it to Marshalls for credit. Thank you.
