I am contacting you as a long-time customer of M & I, having banked with you for over thirty years at the Wilmot and Speedway branch in Tucson. On Monday, August 21 at approximately 10:20 am, I visited the branch to cash a $1,[redacted] personal check. Despite being in line for 15 minutes, the branch had only one teller assisting both in-house customers and the drive-thru. My experience took a turn for the worse when the branch manager loudly and aggressively confronted me, insisting I had not been waiting for 15 minutes. She proceeded to order another teller not to assist me and rudely pointed her finger in my face, demanding I return to the back of the line. This manager's behavior was unacceptable and extremely unprofessional. I have encountered Mrs. Sharon Allen, a caring and professional employee, who helped resolve the situation. I am deeply disappointed by the manager's actions, which were embarrassing and disrespectful. Despite our long-standing relationship and substantial investments with M & I, her conduct has left me shocked. I am willing to discuss this matter further if needed.
