I have been buying your Pizzeria Pretzels Combo for several years. However, when I purchased a party size bag from my local Walmart in Vero Beach, Florida, I noticed that 90% of the bag was empty. I usually transfer the contents into a resealable bag since your packaging is not resealable. This time, the lack of filling was disappointing. As a person with a limited monthly budget due to disability, it's upsetting to waste money on a product with such an issue. I hope you can address this matter as I've never encountered this problem before with your Pizzeria Combos. Thank you for your assistance. - Scott E. B.

I recently visited the Murphy's gas station connected to the Walmart Supermarket in Forney, TX. I purchased 2 king-size 3 Musketeers and 2 regular-size Snickers for a movie night with my nieces. Unfortunately, the 3 Musketeers were old with a dark interior, and the Snickers lacked a fresh, smooth taste. When I returned the candy, the manager was unhelpful and refused a refund, stating the candy expired in [redacted]. I asked about the shelf life, but she dismissed my concerns rudely. Despite remaining calm, I was shocked by the poor customer service. I just wanted fresh candy to enjoy as a comfort snack after my niece's school finals and basketball tournaments. - Tabitha M. I worked for one of your contractors, Securitas. I was terminated for the policy of not recording any discussions at work. The incident that led to my termination did not occur at your site in Hackettstown, NJ, and the recorded phone conversations took place at home, not during work hours. I attempted to work for Staff Management, but after just four days, I was told I was on a list barring me from the property by Mars. New Jersey unemployment authorities agreed that I did not violate the policy as I was not at work during the recordings. While on-site, I did not breach any Mars rules or policies. I have all the necessary documents to support my claims, including dates and times of the recordings. I have been eager to work for Mars for over five years and saw working for the security company then Staff Management as the quickest way to make this happen. I hope for an opportunity to explain my situation and potentially work for Mars. Any assistance in contacting the HR department in Hackettstown would be greatly appreciated.

This morning, my son gave our cat a piece of Sheba Perfect Portions Shreds in Gravy, and we were shocked to find a discolored and unappetizing section at the end. It looked moldy, rotted, and green, but thankfully, our cat refused to eat it. Concerned, my son kept the food to show me. I am worried about the safety of the food and would like to know what happened. I have saved the food and taken pictures for reference. We usually feed our cats Sheba pate & shreds, and this is from a new case we recently purchased. I hope to get some clarity on this issue as our cats enjoy this food. I recently purchased a Mars Chocolate, Minis Size Halloween Candy Bars Variety Mix from Walmart in Indianapolis. Unfortunately, when I got home, I realized the candy bars were melted and then re-hardened. When I tried to return them the next day, I was initially told they couldn't be returned due to being on clearance, but after explaining the situation, I was told to leave the candy and my receipt with the exchange counter attendant. The manager was supposed to follow up with me. However, when I reached out, no one seemed aware of the situation. I understand that the candy can't be replaced now, but it's disappointing as I bought it for a Halloween event at work. I am disappointed with my recent experience after purchasing promotional bags of sweets for free cinema tickets. Despite having unique codes, when I tried to redeem them before the closing date, the system indicated they had already been used. This raises concerns that the same code may have been distributed on multiple bags, causing only the first redemption to be successful. This situation has left me feeling cheated as my family was eager to enjoy a cinema outing. I hope that the company will rectify this issue by honoring the offer with cinema vouchers and discounts on future purchases. To Whom It May Concern, Today, as a birthday gift, I received a large box of Maltesers from a close friend who knows me well since they are my favorite sweets. However, as an unemployed student, I rarely treat myself to them. I was excited to enjoy them, but upon opening the box, I noticed an unpleasant taste, almost like caramel, in some of the Maltesers, which I did not enjoy. According to the Sale of Goods and Supply of Services Act [redacted], products should be fit for their intended purpose, and unfortunately, my Maltesers did not meet this requirement. I enjoy M&M's but don't eat a lot of candy, so I decided to try a bag of the coffee-flavored ones. It was alright, but then I made the mistake of buying the caramel M&M's. Everyone likes caramel, right? Well, to my disappointment, they taste terrible. I wish I had stuck with the classic plain M&M's for my trail mix. We all try new things sometimes, but this will be my last time trying this flavor. I bought the share bag at Walmart. Apologies for the complaint.

Hi there, I purchased a Twix candy bar and was disappointed with the quality. The chocolate bar was crumbling when I opened it and didn't have the usual crunch. It was oddly chewy, as if it was old. I had to throw it away, which was disheartening. I just wanted to share this experience as Twix is usually one of my favorite candies. Thank you.

In the past 3 weeks, I encountered two instances where the packaging of Twix candy bars was open and split. At a grocery store, all the bags were split open, causing the individually wrapped Twix bars to spill. At home, a 10.83 oz. bag of Twix had multiple open primary wrappers with broken candies. The code on this bag is 924GT CL V03 with an expiration date of 06/[redacted]. I was unable to return the bag as I didn't have the receipt. This is the first time I've noticed such issues with Twix packaging. I am disappointed with the customer service experience on the phone numbers [redacted] and [redacted], where the calls were disconnected abruptly. I urge Twix to address the faulty sealing of wrappers and bags due to manufacturing defects and provide a replacement coupon for the discarded candy. Regarding CASE ID#[redacted]5 I encountered issues with the "OnemillionSnickers" offer on 10/26/19. Despite receiving a verification code via text message: "Your SNICKERS® verification code is: [redacted]," and entering it on the prompt, I never received the promised free gift card for the candy. Confused by the lack of response, I sought help from customer service but faced difficulty. After multiple attempts, I connected with a supervisor named Jennifer who opened a case for me. However, despite her assurances, I am still awaiting a resolution. The lack of follow-up and response from your company regarding this matter has been disappointing. I hope for a prompt and satisfactory resolution in line with the offer that was initially presented.

This morning, I opened a brand new pack of Snickers, M&Ms, Starbursts, and Twix to make Halloween goodie bags for my students. However, as I was assembling them, I discovered that one of the M&M bags was empty and torn in a way that indicated it had been opened previously. There were no spilled M&Ms, just the torn wrapper inside the sealed variety pack. I took photos as evidence and can send them. I have always been a loyal customer of Mars products, but this experience left me concerned about the quality control. I hope for a prompt response and will attach the photos in my next email.

I bought some Milky Way candy bars from my local Jay-C store. Unfortunately, when I opened them, I found that they were all crushed inside the wrapper. The packaging appeared intact, but the product was damaged. I would appreciate receiving six replacement coupons for the 1.84 oz Milky Way candy bars as compensation for my inconvenience of going back to the store.

I purchased a 7lb bag from Walmart for nearly $24. The bag experienced normal handling during transportation and was emptied into a Halloween-themed bowl upon arrival home. Upon inspection, I found numerous unwrapped/broken candies in the bag, around 20-30 in total. I disposed of them immediately for safety reasons. While Halloween went well, I felt disappointed as I believe I did not receive the full value of what I paid for. I want to clarify that the issue wasn't due to mishandling on our part. Although I don't seek compensation, I felt the need to express my dissatisfaction to ensure you are aware. This feedback is not to obtain free products, but to address a less than satisfactory customer experience which I didn't anticipate from a brand I trust.

Dear Customer Service, I have contacted Mars regarding this issue but have not received a response yet. I recently purchased a tin of Celebrations chocolates and was disappointed to find that it contained mostly Milky Ways, with very few Twix, Maltesers, Snickers, Mars, Bounty, Galaxy, and Caramel Galaxy chocolates inside. Additionally, the tin weighed only 522g instead of the expected 650g. My children and I were looking forward to enjoying the variety of chocolates that Celebrations usually offers, and we were let down by this purchase. We would appreciate it if Mars could explain how this error occurred and provide us with some vouchers for replacement tins so we can continue to enjoy the chocolates as intended. Although we had planned to save the tin for Christmas, we opened it early, which turned out to be fortunate given the contents. I am willing to provide photos of the chocolates and weights to support my claim. Thank you, Mrs. W.

I recently bought a pouch of Celebrations for my grandchildren. When I opened it and shared them out, one of my grandkids got a Mars bar miniature that looked off. I've taken photos of the seven Mars miniatures that look questionable. Can someone assist me with this issue? My grandkids adore your sweets, and they were let down. Can I get reassurance that this is rare or if it happens often? I have a total of five grandchildren and I regularly purchase your products. I hope this matter can be resolved promptly. I dialed [redacted] but my call experience was frustrating. Initially spoke with Peblo who had difficulty hearing me and then transferred me to Anna who claimed it was our first interaction. I provided details on the product, its bar code, expiration date, and where I bought it, only to have the call disconnect again with no resolution. It's disappointing and rude for customer care to handle calls this way. Hopefully, my concerns will be addressed properly. Feeling let down that I couldn't speak with someone who values the company's reputation and customers. Planning to follow up and hoping for a better experience next time.

I enjoy Snickers as my go-to candy choice, finding it very satisfying. I've been eating it for many years. Recently, I bought one from my office vending machine, like I have in the past. However, this time I noticed the chocolate coating had a different consistency and seemed somewhat powdery. I'm unsure if the recipe has been changed, and I may need to consider a different candy going forward. I checked the expiration date, which was not until 08/[redacted], and the office building is air-conditioned.
