Hello, I recently made a reservation and need to update the rewards number I applied. I just found out that my rewards number has changed, and I attempted to update it on your website without success. My current rewards number is [redacted]21, and my reservation number is [redacted]0. I reached out to you via Twitter a while ago regarding this issue, but I did not receive a response for several weeks. When you did reply, you assured me the problem was fixed, yet upon checking, it remains unresolved. I even tried calling, but was left on hold for over 10 minutes. I would appreciate your assistance in resolving this matter promptly. Thank you for your help.

During a recent trip with my daughter, we enjoyed our stays at Fairfield Inns. Excited for my upcoming business trip to Lafayette, LA and Houston, TX, I decided to join the Marriott Rewards program. Last night in Lafayette, the room and staff were excellent; however, I woke up with 33 insect bites this morning. After informing the front desk and showing them evidence, they promptly addressed the issue by thoroughly cleaning the room and providing plastic bags for my belongings. Miss Kat, the main housekeeper, was especially helpful. Despite this setback, I appreciate their efforts and will continue my stay as planned. I am concerned about the possibility of bringing pests home with me and will monitor the situation closely. If the issue persists, I will need to escalate it further. Although I booked an executive king suite for business purposes, I currently feel uncomfortable having guests over due to this experience. Thank you. - Sheila Nobrega

1. I recently called the customer service number 1-[redacted] and was redirected to 1-[redacted]-freesex. I tried multiple times and even had a friend attempt with the same outcome. I am frustrated by this issue and would like some clarification. 2. Regarding redeeming points, I had understood that Fairfield Inn & Suites was a Category 2 hotel. However, I have now discovered it is categorized as Category 4. Do all hotels under your brand experience category changes? How does a hotel switch categories, especially if it remains the same property? 3. During my recent trip, I encountered an issue where a Fairfield Inn had blackout dates, contradicting your online advertisements that claim there are no blackout dates.

I made a reservation at Protea Hotel Polokwane Ranch Resort for two nights (Feb 21-22) for two adults on Feb 10. I received confirmation number [redacted]5. The hotel later informed me that the booking didn't go through due to technical issues. After calling, they confirmed availability and promised to send a new confirmation email. However, a later email from Mr. Khoarai said there wasn't a room. This confusion is frustrating as my trip to South Africa is imminent. Your assistance in clarifying the reservation status at The Ranch Resort would be greatly appreciated. Thank you. Regards, Douglas Penisten

Good morning, My name is Amanda, and I work as a Police officer in Northumbria. I am seeking assistance with an investigation in our area. We are trying to identify individuals who have stayed at the Marriott hotel in Bexleyheath, London. We have contacted Booking.com for information but need details like the Marriott Rewards number. I understand a Data Protection Act request is required for this, and I would appreciate guidance on where and how to submit this. Thank you for your help. PC [redacted] Huddart

Good morning, I work at Inotiv, a company based in West Lafayette, Indiana. We receive numerous calls that seem to be meant for your customer service line. The calls appear to be coming from Marriot hotels, but I cannot verify this as they only display the customer's name and phone number. This issue happens around 15-20 times per month. One such call came from a woman named Dora Williams on October 18, [redacted], at 11:23 am with the phone number [redacted]. I am sharing this information in the hope that it can assist you in identifying and resolving this recurring problem. Thank you.
