Recently, when I inquired about the status of my order #40BOQP5Q over the phone, the customer service representative informed me it was still in the warehouse. Despite waiting for over three weeks, my package has not arrived, and I will not be available at the shipping address after 12/14. The representative suggested cancelling the order since it hadn't been shipped, but I've been unable to reach customer service since then due to constant busy lines. I'm writing about my re-order with the number BS4KF5. I have not received the items or the refund I was promised by customer service for undelivered orders. This is my first time purchasing from Mango. I bought 2 tops for 268kr, and the funds were deducted from my mother's account right away. I used the email [redacted] to make the purchase. It has been 11 days since I placed my order on 28/5/19, and today is 9/6/19. I have not received any communication confirming my order or the shipment of my clothes from Mango. They have collected payment but have not fulfilled my order. This situation seems unlawful.

My order is significantly delayed and DHL falsely claimed that nobody was home during the delivery time, despite not even ringing the doorbell. Now, my package is at a nearby store, but I didn't receive a pickup notice, indicating they didn't attempt delivery properly. I've tried contacting DHL without success. Since I ordered through your platform and hold you partially responsible for the delivery, I kindly request your intervention to contact DHL.

I asked the seller to check in the warehouse if the fake fur coat in XS was still available. His response was a stressed "No!" I then inquired if perhaps it was in stock at another branch that I could call, as I couldn't find it online. He rudely shouted that it was not an option, so it must be out of stock. I approached another saleswoman, who the seller had directed me to earlier. The seller continued to make derogatory remarks as I spoke to the other saleswoman who checked online for me. The seller became even more agitated and made dismissive gestures. When I mentioned that I had recently reserved an item for my friend over the phone at a different branch, suddenly they could call. The saleswoman reluctantly made the call and confirmed the item was not there but said she would call just to reassure me. Meanwhile, the seller was loudly gossiping about me with another colleague. After a while, they mentioned that "the customer is coming soon." The call ended, and she started to walk back to her colleague without informing me. I asked if the coat was available, and she confirmed it was. Despite the unpleasant experience at the Spitalerstr store, I was able to pick up my coat at the New Wall branch, where both saleswomen were very friendly. I will not return to the Spitalerstr store; I was appalled by the condescending treatment I received from the employee, especially in front of other customers.

Hello, esteemed ladies and gentlemen,
I have been a satisfied customer at your Mango store on Bahnhofstr. in Bielefeld for many years and regularly receive your newsletters via email.
Unfortunately, today on 09.05.20, at your store, I was spoken to very 'unprofessionally' by your cashier with the following words: "Next time, you will be paying with a card, I don't have to accept your money!" I responded that I do not generally pay with a card.
Her response was: "That seems to have changed now, and I should get used to it."
I still determine how I pay for my purchases in Germany and will not let this be dictated to me in the future.
If Mango thinks it should dictate to its customers to only pay with a card, I will refrain from shopping at your stores in the future!
I kindly request a prompt response and statement, as otherwise, I will return the items purchased today within a week.

I recently received a partial refund and I'm writing to report an issue. On August 8, [redacted], I made a purchase for €[redacted].94 (Order number C87FLZ) and on August 13, [redacted], I returned the entire order by post. However, on August 21, [redacted], only €[redacted].95 was refunded to me. I promptly contacted customer service at 0[redacted] and explained the situation. I was informed that the full refund of €[redacted].94 for the return had been processed, but there seemed to be a mistake in the billing department. They assured me that a correction would be made and I am awaiting the confirmation email regarding this matter.
I am still expecting a refund of €59.99 to be credited back to my PayPal account. Please confirm the receipt and handling of this complaint via email.

Hello, it's really strange that the item still shows as available in the shop. Additionally, I was promised free home delivery for orders over a minimum value. Despite exceeding the minimum amount, I was still charged for shipping, with only store delivery listed as free. I agreed to this, but it's challenging to pick up due to the collection times. On November 29, [redacted], I purchased a bag on the Mango India website and paid $[redacted] via credit card. I recently placed an order on shop.mango.com and updated my address. After placing the order, I noticed that my old address was still listed. Despite contacting them to change it and requesting to cancel the order, they're unable to make any adjustments. It's frustrating as I now live in a different state. I recently got an order from Mango that included three items: 1) Cargo pants, 2) a striped blue and white vest (XL), and 3) the same striped vest as in #2 (XL).
