Hello, I recently played free MSN games under the username Shaz4 for a short time. I later switched to LovieDovie, where I accumulated around 3.8 billion coins over the past year. I played daily for a few hours and occasionally bought gems. However, around 10 days ago, MSN prompted me to sign in, so I did and changed my password as requested. Unfortunately, upon signing in, my LovieDovie account and all my coins were missing, replaced by the old Shaz4 account with only a few thousand coins. I'm puzzled by this sudden change and would like to understand why it happened. I'm eager to continue playing as LovieDovie and recover my lost coins. I appreciate any assistance you can provide. Thank you, Sharon S.

During the entire Rittenhouse case, before, during, and even now afterward, MSN has disabled the comment section on every article mentioning the incident. MSN's actions underscore the existence of white privilege. This situation has revealed that racism is prevalent, even among companies like MSN. It's disheartening to see such behavior. The current social climate, including figures like Trump, only amplifies racial tensions. Denying or ignoring racism is akin to wearing a white sheet. The systemic issues run deep, permeating institutions like the government, police, and military. The Rittenhouse trial illustrated a stark example of white privilege. It is unlikely that a Black teenager committing similar acts would have received the same leniency. MSN, as a significant news source, should apologize for catering to racist sentiments and promoting white privilege. They should also consider covering the lack of genuine emotions displayed during the trial by Rittenhouse and his mother.

Hello, I'm Mohsen Vanaki and I have been using my MSN account for over 15 years with the account name [redacted] About four days ago, my account got blocked after trying to update and upgrade only on my laptop. I have attempted various ways to recover my account but Microsoft is not accepting my attempts to verify my email address or use the security code. I have tried all the available forms to verify my email address, but without any success. What steps should I take next? Thank you.

For the past year, I have been using the family plan for Office, etc., shared with my ex. On December 24th, I received a notification from PayPal about a $74.89 recurring billing charge. I clearly remember speaking with a Microsoft representative in December [redacted] and August [redacted], both times emphasizing that I did not want to be automatically billed. Despite these assurances, I have still been charged by PayPal for a service we cancelled a year ago. Now, when I seek help, they want me to pay $1.00 to talk to someone who seems rehearsed. It's frustrating to think that there are probably many other customers feeling as aggravated as I am about this situation.

Hello MSN team, I wanted to bring to your attention that there was an article titled "MHTC, PubliCT.io sasar tarik [redacted] juta pelancong kesihatan" recently republished on the MSN Malaysia news site. The article originated from a Malaysian newspaper portal, Berita Harian. There was an error in the original article that has since been corrected by Berita Harian. Unfortunately, the version on the MSN Malaysia news site still contains the outdated information. I kindly request that MSN update the article with the latest corrected version from Berita Harian or remove it from the site. I apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and would appreciate prompt action on this matter. Thank you for your attention to this issue and feel free to reach out to me as necessary.

Recently, I've noticed a consistent focus on up to four Christianity-related articles on MSN. While I appreciate MSN's design and integration of advertisements, I used to trust its neutral stance. However, the heavy emphasis on Christian content raises concerns about editorial balance. Given the declining religious participation in the USA, it would be more inclusive to cater to the majority rather than a shrinking segment of the population.

I enjoy debating and regularly participate by commenting on MSN stories. However, my comments frequently get censored, even though they are not deemed provocative. In a country that upholds freedom of speech and expression by law, I wonder why my viewpoints are constantly removed or restricted. It seems counterproductive to solicit comments on controversial issues if only compliant remarks are permitted, and dissenting opinions are silenced. The responsibility should lie with the legal system to hold individuals accountable for their speech, rather than with unidentified moderators who seek validation and suppress opposing views.

To MSN Australia, I came across one of my photographs in the Ballarat section of Travel on the MSN Australia website over the weekend. The photo, featuring a mountain biker in a forest, was used without my permission. This unauthorized use violates Australian copyright laws. I did not grant permission or receive any payment for the image. It is disappointing to see websites like Eye Em and Talenthouse unlawfully using artists' work without compensation. I would appreciate a response from MSN Australia regarding this matter. Please contact me via email to address this copyright infringement, as I am prepared to take legal action if necessary. Thank you.

I have reported and forwarded over 1,[redacted] emails to Microsoft, Outlook, and Hotmail, with no action taken. I feel harassed and my privacy invaded. I believe my civil rights are being violated by Microsoft, and I am considering legal action as I do not have an account with them. The email addresses they provide seem fake. I am frustrated with the customer service experience and the language barrier. This repeated situation has pushed me to my limit. The harassing emails need to stop immediately. I am determined to take legal action and will use any means necessary to resolve this issue. I am extremely upset with the situation and demand that Microsoft, Outlook, and Hotmail address this promptly to avoid further action.

My MSN email address was compromised months ago. ([redacted]) My new address is [redacted] I own a Kindle Paperwhite with [redacted]+ books in its library. Amazon account is linked to the old address, so the recent purchases are missing. Amazon recommends logging in with the old email/password to restore the library. I do not remember the password; can you assist in recovering it? - Connie M. [redacted]

1) I don't understand why there is such a focus on snakes in the daily news and features. It seems like every day there are multiple stories about snakes, mostly from Australia. These stories don't really appeal to a lot of us in the USA. Could you please consider including more content that is relevant to the majority of your audience? 2) I've noticed that some of your articles have misleading headlines that lead to entirely different content once you open them. For example, the headline may be about a tragic sledding accident, but when you open the article, it's actually about a different topic like Donald Trump's alleged arrest. This is frustrating and can be misleading.

I am experiencing constant issues trying to post comments on MSN. An error message keeps popping up stating "something went wrong," even when my comments are respectful and not banned topics. This issue has been ongoing for a while, despite my correct grammar usage. Basic words like country names, leaders, languages, organization names, political parties, and company acronyms trigger this message. It has made expressing opinions incredibly difficult. It seems to occur after discussions on topics that attract government-sponsored trolls, possibly from countries like Russia and China. I suspect these trolls may be behind this issue. I hope MSN investigates and prevents sponsored trolls from dominating the comment section.

I received a notification stating that I have surpassed my storage limit for email and OneDrive, which is set at 15GB and 5GB respectively. However, I have evidence in the form of screenshots showing that I am well below these limits. My email access has been restricted unless I purchase a Microsoft365 subscription. I would like to continue using my free account without being pressured to buy the subscription based on incorrect storage usage claims. You can reach me at my landline, [redacted], as my email account is currently blocked due to the alleged storage limit issue.

I have been trying to reach out to MSN.com regarding a bullying and harassment issue, but I am struggling to find a way to address this problem. There is a user, Macarenko D, who keeps posting offensive comments about me in the Comments section, including false accusations. Despite reporting this user multiple times, the posts have not been removed. It is disturbing to see such hurtful comments being left up. I go by the name Zoe Townsend online. Can someone please assist me with this matter promptly? Thank you.

Dear Forum Members, I am deeply concerned about the biased and discriminatory censorship algorithm created by foreign programmers. It is a violation of civil rights when algorithms target individuals based on race or political beliefs. I believe many people will join me in a class action lawsuit addressing this issue. I want to emphasize that everyone, including white conservatives, has civil rights that should be respected. As a form of protest, I and many fellow conservatives will be boycotting all advertisers associated with this platform. I hope that by taking action, we can bring attention to these discriminatory practices and ensure that all individuals are treated fairly. Thank you for your support. Sincerely, V.
