Following a recent update, I am experiencing issues queuing with others in the game. I have attempted to find a solution for this problem but have not been successful. Unfortunately, I am unable to utilize the customer service button and reinstalling the game did not resolve the issue. I am using a Samsung Tab E and my internet connection is working correctly. Although the game downloads assets without any problems, I still cannot queue with others. This issue has impacted my credit score as a result. I am truly upset about this situation. I recently came off a suspension, and I didn't say or offend anyone. I just purchased the VIP pass, and this feels unfair to me. I believe something is wrong with what's happening. I have three accounts in the game, I recharge all of them, but only this account got banned. I waited the seven days last time, and now it's happening again without even offending anyone. The game is not going well, or rather, you are harming the game because this is not acceptable. I will keep this and demand details of the supposed offense because I haven't even said anything. If this is not resolved, I will consider legal action against the company. I recently switched to a new Android phone after my previous one broke. I am having difficulty transferring my MLB account because I do not know the account ID. In most other games, providing an email or some form of proof to verify the account is common practice. Remembering an email address is generally easier than recalling a string of numbers. Many MLB players may find it challenging to memorize all these required numbers, which seems like an unrealistic expectation. I can easily remember my account name, email, and even certain in-game items as they are more personal and meaningful compared to a series of random digits.

My account was hacked and subsequently banned. I have been playing Mobile Legends for many years and have invested substantial amounts of money into this account. Before banning any account, please ensure you have sufficient evidence rather than solely relying on reports from other players. I have purchased numerous diamonds on that account. Put yourself in my shoes - if your account was banned based only on reports from other players, how would you feel? Where is the justice in this situation? Will I be reimbursed for the money I have spent? If I have done something wrong such as hacking, I am willing to acknowledge it, but I have not.

It's frustrating to see the system deteriorate over time. The punishment policy seems unfair, penalizing players who react to trolls rather than addressing the actual perpetrators. Claiming to maintain gameplay fairness feels hollow when players facing constant trolling receive no reprieve while succumbing to the same behavior results in bans. The lack of consequences for those instigating the issues is disheartening. As a longstanding player, I'm deeply disappointed in MLBB's current state and policies.

I always communicate politely using formal language and emojis without causing any trouble. Suddenly, I have been muted, possibly because I type too much or spend a lot of time in the world chat. It feels unfair when I am just exploring the game and get banned like this. The system should target actual rule-breaking words like curses or negativity, not simple formal language. I am curious why Mobile Legends: Bang Bang doesn't offer an account merge option. It would be convenient to merge two accounts, designate one as the primary, convert similar skins and heroes to battle points or tickets, and transfer all other items. I have two main accounts in the same region, but I can't dedicate time to both. I don't want to stop playing but don't want to lose my hard-earned skins. Each account has different heroes, and I don't want to switch back and forth constantly. Many games have this feature, so I am hopeful that Mobile Legends will consider adding it.
