I have been disappointed by how Hearst Media handled my subscriptions. They outsourced them, making it difficult to cancel or get a refund. Despite my efforts, marketing materials keep coming. I will submit my request in writing as I couldn't find a valid email or speak to a person for help. I did not sign up for some of the magazines, so I will unsubscribe from all Hearst publications due to their deceptive practices and unhelpful customer service representatives. I have already reached out to their CEO and legal department expressing my concerns. I prefer dealing with companies that value customer service over fashion advice. To resolve this matter, I will be mailing my cancellation request to M2 Media Group, Customer Service, PO Box [redacted], Huron, OH [redacted].

I was charged $61 from my bank account for magazines I did not knowingly order. I fell for a scam involving a Walmart gift card, and now need to cancel these subscriptions and have the money refunded. I bank with ORNL Credit Union. Due to battling cancer and medical expenses, every penny is vital for my medications and doctor's appointments. The unauthorized charge has left me shocked and distressed. I did not intend to join any subscriptions; it was supposed to be a simple silver order for the gift card. The listed magazines were auto-enrolled, and I did not request them. Please cancel these subscriptions. I am Wanda G., residing at [redacted] D Middlebrook Pike, Knoxville, TN [redacted]. You previously assured me my credit card would not be charged, which was inaccurate. This situation has added unnecessary stress during my recovery. Kindly process the refund promptly and discontinue the subscriptions.

I am inquiring about the status of my rebate from my order placed two months ago. I followed the instructions provided by FragranceNet.com and submitted all the necessary information but have yet to receive the rebate check. Can you please assist in locating it? Thank you.
