I recently received a summons in late December to appear on the 13th of January at the Airport courtrooms by LAX. I completed the section requesting an excuse and returned it in the provided envelope, including the JID and PIN number. Unfortunately, I am now unable to check to see if I am required to serve. I am uncertain about the next steps and would like to know if I have to attend and how to proceed. Thank you. - Tom B.

My name is Brian J. from Westchester County, NY, and I need to report a fraudulent business in West Los Angeles County at [redacted] Wilshire Blvd #[redacted], Los Angeles, CA, [redacted]. The company is HLUPP under the parent company Solution Transportation Services, Inc., led by CEO Mario S. Two months ago, I entered into a remote employment contract with them and was supposed to receive a $2,[redacted] payment after the first month, but they've failed to do so. Additionally, their HR department was meant to discuss a full-time position with me but has not reached out. My attempts to contact them have been unsuccessful. I can provide the written contract, relevant documents, and email correspondence if needed. I am determined to take action against them and prevent others from facing this situation in the future.

I am currently experiencing difficulties paying for traffic school because your system is not accepting my credit card. This is my only option to pay the fine due to financial hardship. After contacting my credit card company, they confirmed the payment request was approved on their end. However, there seems to be an issue with your system preventing the transaction. I have been attempting to make this payment for a week now and am unsure how to proceed.

I have filled out the forms four times now, but you have not acknowledged receipt. Due to being permanently disabled, it's hard for me to sit or stand for long. I have visited my doctor each time for the required filling, but you still haven't confirmed receiving them. I am now severely disabled, using a walker, and unable to drive. Please, acknowledge the information I have already provided, as I am on SSDI. Your automated system lacks the option to speak with a person, making this situation challenging. I would appreciate it if you could review my records. If needed, contact me at [redacted]. I have not received the jury summons you mentioned, except for a note left in my door. If my details are on file, kindly call me. Otherwise, feel free to send me a bill, though paying it may be a challenge. I hope we can resolve this promptly, or I may resort to legal action.

My name is Aquita F., and you can reach me at [redacted] or through my email [redacted] I am seeking legal assistance to file a lawsuit for damages, pain, and suffering against The Bel Air Guest Home and the police. I am dissatisfied with how the police handled my case. The staff at The Bel Air Guest Home claimed my belongings were in the trash, and many staff members and clients continue to harass me. There are issues with the food, and certain individuals at the home, like William S. and Brian, are threatening me and causing disturbances. I also experienced illness after eating food prepared by Maria. The supervisor issued a 30-day notice, and Susan has been trespassing. This summarizes some of the challenges I am facing.

Hello, my name is Shannon Bernard. I'm reaching out regarding an experience I had with Ms. Lucy Del Rosa, a human resources assistant, at the Superior Court of California, County of Los Angeles. I applied for two positions, Court Assistant One and Court Assistant Three, and contacted her via email on August 13th. Unfortunately, I couldn't access a computer to complete the assessment tests required for the applications despite trying at two different resource centers. When I reached out to Ms. Del Rosa to inquire about taking the assessment tests at the human resources office, she did not accommodate my request, and later informed me that I failed to complete the assessments. This situation has left me feeling unsure about the fairness of the process and concerned about potential barriers to applying for these positions. If Ms. Del Rosa genuinely wanted to assist me in completing the assessments, it would have been more helpful if she had offered alternative solutions like allowing me to take the tests in person. The inability to access the assessments has made me question the integrity of the process.
