They were unwilling to accommodate my request for a special with a thin crust and sausage topping. I am disappointed with this level of customer service and unlikely to order from them again due to their uncooperative attitude.

This experience is driving away potential customers due to excessively long wait times for orders.

In Leitchfield, KY, I witnessed multiple health code violations at a food establishment. The employees were unclean and practicing unsafe food standards and poor hygiene. I took photos of them handling food in an unsanitary way, such as reaching into open buckets of sauce on the floor with unwashed hands and using a cup. I also saw an employee touching a dirty door outside and then preparing food inside without washing their hands. It was the most unsanitary food place I have ever come across. I decided not to let my family consume the food we bought and disposed of it in the dumpster at the nearby gas station. Afterward, I discussed the issue with two other customers in the parking lot.

On 8/17/23, I placed an order for 2 classic pepperoni pizzas and 2 crazy bread combos. Unfortunately, when the order arrived, I noticed that two slices of pizza and two pieces of bread were missing. I contacted the company, and they promised a refund. However, I recently found out that my bank account was closed, preventing me from receiving the refund. I have yet to receive the refunded amount. I would appreciate it if I could either provide a new payment method for the refund or have my order remade and delivered again.

I ordered three pizzas, expecting them to be ready in the pizza portal upon my arrival. Unfortunately, when I got there, they were not in the portal, so I had to wait for an hour. No one contacted me during the wait. Eventually, my oldest child went in and found the pizzas had been sitting in the warmer for an hour. Despite being hungry, I noticed the pizzas were warm, not hot. Upon arriving home and opening the boxes, I discovered all the pizzas were burnt. I received rude service at the pizza place. The quality of the pizza was subpar, especially the thin center that you could almost see through. Toppings were falling off when grabbing a slice, making it a disappointing experience. The recent increase in price further exacerbated the issue. The attitudes of the staff and the management were also poor. I will not be returning to this store until there is a change in management.

On 9/2/23 around 1:30 to 1:40 pm at the Little Caesars in Hinesville, Georgia, I went to pick up three pizzas and noticed they were understaffed. The cashier seemed stressed and was not very friendly. I introduced myself and provided my full name and order, but she was rude and told me to check for the pickup on the side. Although my name was on the screen, the pizzas weren't ready. I politely asked for my order, but she insisted on waiting for an order number. Due to a service issue on my phone, I couldn't provide one. Despite my efforts to resolve the situation calmly, she continued arguing and mentioned me to another employee. I overheard her complaining while handling the pizzas without gloves. The staff seemed overwhelmed and I left without further confrontation. Despite bringing this to the store manager and district manager's attention with evidence, no actions were taken. It seems the district manager is protecting this individual despite multiple harassment incidents involving young girls. I reached out to HR on October 31, [redacted], but the situation was not properly addressed. Instead, I was transferred to another location, leaving these vulnerable girls without protection. I previously submitted a complaint regarding my poorly made pizza with extra cheese. This is now the third time I've had to return it due to being undercooked and sticking to the box. Upon returning to the store, the lady at the counter, T, purposefully ignored me and seemed rude when I tried to address the issue. Another manager tried to explain it might be grease, but the pizza was clearly raw and inedible. The manager took the pizza away without apologizing. I am now waiting for my third attempt at getting a properly cooked pizza. When I asked for the rude girl's name at the register to file a complaint, she refused to provide it. This level of dysfunction and rudeness is unprecedented in my experience and is unacceptable.
