While in Villa Lucre, Panama City, Republic of Panama, I visited a Little Caesar in Panama and encountered a frustrating experience. The cashier asked me to wait for 7 minutes but ended up making me wait for 40 minutes without explanation. Additionally, the staff seemed to be enjoying their time instead of attending to customers. Upon paying in cash, I received old bills multiple times, and I suspect the cashier was not recording the transactions in the system, possibly indicating dishonest behavior. Despite the mishaps, what bothered me the most was the cashier's disrespectful attitude towards customers. They appeared unhappy in their role and treated everyone poorly. Unfortunately, I had to endure this unpleasant encounter as if it was a regular occurrence for them.

I placed an online order last night for a pick-up at 9:30pm from Lil Caesar's. Upon arriving, I was asked to wait in front of the store. Despite waiting for a while, another car with a similar order arrived. My order comprised three pizzas with light cheese, but it was all wrong - the cheese smelled old, the dough was undercooked, and my breadsticks were missing. When I brought this to the attention of the staff, they sent someone else out who seemed to be visibly impaired. This could explain the errors in my order. I believe I was given extra items that I didn't request. I am requesting a replacement for my order or a refund. I still have the pizzas that we couldn't eat.

The staff at the North Miami store struggles with English communication. Little Caesars increased the pepperoni price and claimed to add 20% more, but this store doesn't reflect that. My recent pizza was lacking tomato sauce and cheese. I've attempted to reach out to the District Office and the toll-free number without success. Feedback remains unacknowledged. When approaching the manager directly, I needed another customer to translate. The manager failed to offer a replacement pizza and only expressed a brief apology. I ordered a pizza by phone from the Little Caesars store on [redacted] Signal Mountain Road, Chattanooga, on Saturday, May 6th. I ordered my usual thin crust pepperoni, green pepper, and black olive pizza for pick up at 5:55. When I arrived early, I found the keypad out of order at the kiosk. The store was in poor condition with spills, dirt, and stains all over. The pizza I received had a good amount of toppings but they were mostly piled in the center, making the slices soggy. I usually enjoy their pizzas and have praised them before, but this experience was disappointing. I didn't raise the issue with the manager due to the overall state of the store. I will be a customer elsewhere until improvements are made. Thank you.

The cashier at Little Caesar's who is handling both the front counter and the drive-thru refused to give me the marinara sauce I ordered with my 2 cheese breads. I found it frustrating because she was the only employee managing both areas. Her name is Ciara D and she declined to provide the marinara sauce despite being the only one handling orders.

On May 15, [redacted], at 5:11 PM, I visited a Little Caesars located at 70-NV-[redacted], suite [redacted] in Pahrump, NV [redacted]. I'm a 76-year-old woman who went into the store experiencing a diabetic episode. I requested to speak to a manager and a young man with dark hair claimed to be the manager. I asked for a drink to raise my blood sugar, but he refused to provide even water and threatened to call an ambulance if I did not leave within 10 minutes. He was extremely rude and unhelpful. When I inquired about his name, he initially said it was Bob but later admitted it was not. I mentioned contacting Corporate about the mistreatment, and he was dismissive. After learning the true manager's name is Sue, I am considering escalating this issue further if not addressed appropriately. The incident caused me distress as I struggled to reach my car and drive home safely. This individual's behavior was unacceptable and reflects poorly on Little Caesars. Other customers present seemed shocked by his actions.

I have encountered issues with my recent pizza order for my students. After multiple attempts, my order went through but had incorrect items upon confirmation. Upon visiting the store, the manager was unable to correct the order and mentioned it was canceled. He was unsure how to refund the incorrect charge. I am frustrated by this experience and seek a resolution promptly to ensure a refund for the overcharged amount. I wanted to inform you that you have hired someone who lied on their application. Starting next Monday, a person named Eric will join your team. In the past, Eric worked at a credit union where he was fired for accessing people's private information and sharing it. At his current workplace, Eric has consistently been late for about 10-50 minutes and has a history of looking up personal information of about 3-4 individuals and sharing it with others.

On June 1st at 7:58 pm, I placed an order through the App for store #[redacted]. I selected the Large 2-topping pizza deal for $7.99 with options for Regular Crust, Thin Crust, or Deep Dish. I chose Deep Dish with Pepperoni and Italian Sausage and added Crazy Bread for ยข.99 as offered on the App, receiving the discount. The store informed me there was an additional $1.00 charge for Deep Dish, but my total came to $10.74. The manager, Aiden, stated he couldn't adjust the price and suggested contacting customer service regarding the discrepancy. I am puzzled as to why online orders to the nearest store don't automatically apply discounts. The manager refused to honor the price difference of $2.54. Having experience with a different pizza chain that handled online orders differently, I find this situation frustrating. The staff and manager appeared unaware of how to address the issue, leaving me dissatisfied with the service provided. If the employees are new, I understand, but expect better service in the future.

I am disappointed with Little Chasers in Grayling, Michigan for not answering the phone despite being busy. I waited for over an hour with no response. While I understand they recommend using the app, I still prefer to call in my order. Frustrated, I eventually gave up and went to Pizza Hut for 6 thin-crust meat lover's pizzas. I have screenshots to prove my wait time but can't send them through this chat. Please provide me with an email to show you the evidence of my unsuccessful attempt to place an order over the phone at Little Chasers.

I recently visited the Jasper store and ordered a fresh pepperoni pizza at the drive-thru. When I questioned its freshness, the employee asked me to wait 10 minutes. Upon confirming with the manager upon arrival, I was assured the pizza was fresh out of the oven. Unfortunately, it was not fresh when I got it. I returned to the store and was met with a bad attitude from the manager who claimed it had been hours since my initial order. Their dismissive behavior in front of other customers was embarrassing. I am a loyal customer and frequent visitor, but I will not spend another cent until this issue is resolved to my satisfaction.

As a DoorDash driver in Sebastian, Florida, I have noticed significant changes at your franchise store in the past year. Recently, the entire crew has been replaced, resulting in a lack of personal service. During my last visit for a pick-up, I experienced a complete lack of communication as no one acknowledged me. The individual at the counter was unengaged, bouncing a rubber ball instead of assisting customers. Despite inquiring about my order multiple times, I received no response. Additionally, I noticed a shift in the store's atmosphere with rainbow flags prominently displayed and some employees wearing them on their hats. While I have earned a substantial income delivering your pizzas, the recent changes have led me to decide not to take any more orders from your store. I believe other drivers may feel the same way.

I am Camilia McM, an employee at the Little Caesars in Homewood. I am a mother and was unexpectedly suspended without a clear reason. I have missed significant moments in my child's life and education to be at work, even when in pain. I was blindsided by the suspension as there was no prior verbal warning, and the situation is made more challenging by the lack of a restroom at the store. I find this suspension unjust, and rumors circulating about the real cause trouble me. I just want to return to work quickly as my job is crucial to supporting my family and home. I had a conversation with my manager the day before, where no issues were raised, and the suspension only came up two days later when I was due for my shift.

My husband, two young sons, and I visited the Opelika Little Caesar's drive-thru. We ordered a pepperoni classic, an extravaganza deep dish, cheese bread, and four 20 oz drinks totaling $37. Breanne M. took our order and mentioned a 12-minute wait, yet it took around 30 minutes. When we reached the window, she seemed more interested in flirting with my husband than fulfilling our order. She then informed us the extravaganza was missing pepperoni, and a replacement would take another 30 minutes. Due to time constraints, we declined. On the way, we discovered the pizza had mushrooms despite our request to exclude them. I contacted the assistant manager, who was unhelpful and disorganized. The staff's behavior was inappropriate, unprofessional, and inept. Ordering a pizza through the app and website proved to be challenging as the promo code was not accepted despite being valid until the 16th of June. After contacting the store, the manager was able to resolve the issue, but expressed concerns about potential repercussions. Upon receiving the pretzel pizza with non-stuffed pepperoni at home, it was overly salty and had to be discarded. Despite reaching out to the manager who was unwilling to replace the pizza, the situation caused distress as finances are tight. Hoping for a call from a higher manager or the store owner, like a district manager, for further assistance. Thank you.

I received two out of three uncooked pizzas from the restaurant. After calling ten times with no answer, I called back the next day to talk to the manager. Explained the issue, but the manager asked if there was pizza still remaining. I mentioned missing slices from each box. She requested the receipt and asked me to call back when the manager was present, although she mentioned she was one of them, laughing. I tried calling customer service several times, but no one picked up, and the line possibly closed as I waited for assistance.

I had a troubling experience with Manager Oscar at the Farmersville location. His conduct was highly disrespectful towards customers. My brother tried to pick up a pre-paid pizza and was denied, with Oscar insisting the pizza had to be paid for again. While I acknowledge the policy, the way it was communicated was unprofessional. Despite getting a refund after explaining the situation, Manager Oscar failed to take responsibility for his actions. Having some experience in the food industry, I believe even in a non-managerial role, such behavior towards customers is unacceptable. It is especially disheartening as the person picking up the pizza was helping me before going for a dialysis appointment due to my own hospital visit. I had confirmed beforehand that this arrangement was possible, making the interaction even more disappointing.

I am disappointed as the delivery driver did not bring my order. The driver cancelled the order on 5/19/23, and despite a promise of a refund of $14.71 from Little Caesar's, I have not received it yet. The situation could be resolved promptly by either issuing the promised refund or providing a gift card for the full amount. Customers should be allowed to choose between a gift card or waiting for the refund to be credited to their account. It is frustrating to still be waiting for resolution on this matter.

I ordered * pizzas and breadsticks, but one of the pizzas, a deep-dish supreme, was completely uncooked. The dough was so raw that it was squishy between my fingers. The store loaded it with toppings, causing it not to cook properly. The company promised a refund, but the district manager, who was quite rude, only offered a replacement pizza - however, it has to be picked up from a store over 56 miles away. I'm willing to accept a new pizza, but driving that distance is costly with today's gas prices. I wish they would allow me to get the replacement pizza from the nearest location instead. I could really use some assistance with this issue, please help me out.
