I am currently in Georgia assisting my sister after her knee surgery. She recommended your products, which I found in a magazine and decided to order. When I encountered an issue during the ordering process, I contacted customer service. Unfortunately, there seemed to be a misunderstanding, as the items were shipped to my sister's address instead of mine. Subsequently, I reordered the items to be delivered to my home in Michigan. Regrettably, I have now received the package in both Georgia and Michigan. I believe I should not be responsible for return shipping costs in this situation. I kindly request your assistance in arranging a return shipping label at no extra cost. Thank you. Regards, Denise T.

I made my payment on the 7th at 7:20 PM EST, not realizing there was a 5:00 PM EST curfew that led to a $40.00 late fee. Despite having a confirmation receipt dated 2/7/[redacted], they seem to want to enforce both rules. Furthermore, they are holding a significant refund for 10-14 days before crediting it to my account, which seems unfair. I am frustrated by this sketchy system and the hefty fee, even though President Biden aims to eliminate such charges. Assistance and guidance are appreciated. Thank you.
