Hello, I am Mr M Jurado. I recently ordered an introductory box of wine with order number eo[redacted]. After placing the order, I have been receiving communications addressed to someone named Alice Tapson and I have been referred to as 'MISS' M Jurado. I am concerned about possible data protection breaches. Should I report this to the GDPR? I feel overwhelmed and unsure about what steps to take. Under the GDPR, individuals have the right to have inaccurate personal data corrected or completed. Requests for rectification can be made verbally or in writing, and controllers must respond within one month. This right is closely tied to the accuracy principle outlined in Article 5(1)(d) of the GDPR.

I placed order SO[redacted]3 on August 11th. Some of the items have been delivered, but two items (Q[redacted] and M06436) are still pending shipment. I spoke with wine advisor John Noaks about the back-ordered items last week. Despite his assurance that they would arrive soon, they have not. I received an ad for new wines, item JO5544, and tried to add it to my existing order, but John is on vacation. I contacted customer service, where Maya informed me the order was ready to ship and couldn't be modified. She couldn't waive the shipping fee as I requested or connect me with a supervisor. After a long call, no resolution was reached. I am disappointed with the service received. I may need to cancel my order and membership. I had a concerning experience when I ordered wine from Laithwaites in October [redacted]. I haven't received any communication about the transaction, which is unusual for them. I tried contacting them but couldn't get through, and when I used the chat line and texted VINNY, I didn't receive instructions on how to proceed. It left me worried all night. This morning, I contacted my credit card company, and after a long wait and a brief disconnection, I was finally able to confirm the payment to Laithwaites. Everything seems fine, but if Laithwaites had provided more information, it would have saved me from unnecessary stress. Mrs. B Stedman

I am still waiting for my order to be delivered to my address. I made the payment on November 22nd. According to the Aramex tracking reference MP[redacted], the package was supposedly in transit for delivery on December 7th but did not arrive. Aramex claimed they could not deliver it without providing a reason initially, and later mentioned it was delivered to a pick-up point in Dandenong South, which is far from my location and not accessible during the hours I am available. I called your company, and a staff member assured me they would arrange for Aramex to redeliver it promptly. However, I have yet to receive the package, no delivery attempt was made despite me being at home all day, and I did not find any notification left at my door or mailbox. I have tried to contact Aramex through various channels like phone calls, chat, and Twitter but have been left on hold without assistance. This situation has been exceptionally frustrating, wasting my time trying to solve the issue. I kindly request your immediate attention to resolve this matter, considering I paid for the order in late November. I expect a swift resolution and believe a form of compensation is warranted given the circumstances.

On March 20, [redacted], I was charged $[redacted].48 unexpectedly. I received a wine box later and learned it was an automatic shipment I wasn't aware of. I returned the wine about 2 1/2 weeks ago but have not received the promised refund. I was informed the refund would be processed after mailing from UPS. Additionally, there is a name error on the magazine I receive. It indicates Keryn Vjroklund instead of the correct name, Karyn Bjorklund.
