Hello,
I bought a KitchenAid Oven, the KitchenAid 6.0CuFt Freestanding GAS Double Oven Convection Range in Stainless Steel (Item # [redacted]) recently. Unfortunately, while opening the top oven door, I severely injured my finger on the sharp edge of the door. The stainless steel edge caused a deep cut and bleeding. This is a significant safety hazard. Could you please advise on how to address this issue?
Thank you,
Asim

I accidentally purchased two gourmet pasta presses instead of one press and a meat grinder. I would like to return one pasta press for a refund and exchange it for the meat grinder. I'm unsure if returning just one press will cause any confusion, but I had trouble reaching customer service as the wait time was over 45 minutes. The purchase was financed through Affirm which adds a complication. Any guidance on how to proceed would be appreciated.

I made my order on October 30, expecting delivery by November 9. The order number is [redacted]. However, despite the promised delivery date, my order has not arrived yet. The live chat service does not recognize my order number, and the phone line has kept me waiting for over 45 minutes without reaching a representative. It's frustrating not being able to get in touch with a real person. I am eager to know when I can expect my order to be delivered.

I purchased a Kitchen Aid hand blender, model KHB1231API, in matte pistachio over 2 years ago. Despite using it less than 5 times and following the instructions carefully, I am experiencing an issue with the stainless steel blending arm constantly disengaging from the motor body. I always make sure to firmly lock it in place before use, but it still comes loose when I lift the blender up and place it down elsewhere. This problem interrupts my blending process, as I have to keep checking and reattaching the arm. I have been a loyal Kitchen Aid customer in the past, but I am disappointed with the performance of this particular product.

I need assistance with my return. I recently shipped back an item to your warehouse within the 30-day return period, and I have proof of delivery with tracking number [redacted]59. However, I have not received any confirmation regarding the receipt of the product or the initiation of a refund. Can you please update me on the progress of my return? My order number is [redacted]. Thank you.

I have purchased two KitchenAid refrigerators in the last 7 years. The first one lasted 4.5 years before the freezer stopped working. Repair costs were higher than a new purchase. I got the same model, and now the ice maker is not functioning. Although I have an extended warranty, the ice maker part is on back order until 1/20/[redacted], which means no ice for the holidays. The model number is KRSC503ESS00, and the serial number is HR[redacted]1. I always believed KitchenAid made reliable products. Is there any way to expedite the delivery? Thank you, Roland M.

I contacted on 11/21/20 to renew my service plan expiring on 12/1/20. The representative mentioned they couldn't renew it until the issue was fixed. A repairman came on 11/25 and resolved the problem. I was told to renew by December 21st. Surprisingly, when I called on 12/18, there were no notes about the extension. I was informed I had to purchase a new plan, costing $[redacted] more annually. After speaking to various departments until 10:34, I ended up with AIG, who couldn't help either.
I'm disappointed by this experience and the increased cost. I urge someone to investigate why my extension wasn't recorded and honor the original rate I was promised.
Sincerely,
Jan D.

I bought a KitchenAid dishwasher from Jetson Appliance in Stuart, FL on 7/19/18, model # KDPE234GPS0 for $[redacted].00 and have been satisfied. Unfortunately, the machine stopped working two days after Thanksgiving [redacted] due to a malfunctioning "motherboard." We are now waiting for a replacement part, which is taking a long time. I am disappointed in KitchenAid given the high price and only having the dishwasher for about 2 years. We chose not to get an extended warranty based on your reputation, but I request reimbursement for the parts and labor once the repair is done. I can provide the receipt. Thank you for your help. On December 26th, I registered my stand mixer online with model number KV25G0XAQ to receive the 25% discount coupon for a mixer attachment. Unfortunately, I accidentally subscribed to email updates during the registration process. I only realized this after submitting the form.
I am hoping they will still honor the discount and provide me with a code for the attachment I plan to buy. The serial number for my mixer is WX[redacted].
Thank you.

I registered my Brand New Kitchenaid Smart Oven+ on December 3, [redacted], on the Kitchenaid website. After receiving an email thanking me for the registration, I was informed that I would receive a Smart Oven+ Steamer and a Smart Oven+ Baking Stone within 10-15 days. It's been over a month, and I still haven't received these items. I contacted a live agent who provided me with an [redacted] number to call. After being given another number and spending almost 2 hours on hold, the call was cut off. There's no email address for contact, and when I reached out to Kitchenaid customer service, I was directed to the wrong department. At this point, I am unsure where to seek assistance from Kitchenaid to receive the items promised to me.

I bought a Kitchenaid dishwasher 17 months ago. In November [redacted], the pump assembly failed and needed repair. After ordering a new assembly for $[redacted] plus $84 in labor, it arrived broken twice, causing a delay of over two months without a functioning dishwasher. These repeated issues have left me frustrated and disappointed in the quality control. As a long-time customer with multiple Kitchenaid appliances in my homes, this experience has been disheartening. I had a similar incident with a Whirlpool refrigerator previously, which led me to replace it with a Kitchenaid appliance. Unless this situation is resolved promptly, I may consider switching brands.

I encountered an issue while seeking help from Kitchen Aid through their chat service. I had to purchase a trial membership for $5.00 to proceed, which I agreed to, but unfortunately, I did not receive any assistance after payment. Additionally, I am unable to exit the last page on the website. My concern is a wire whisk that fits my Kitchen Aid Mixer, specifically model number KSM5. The ones I received from Kitchen Aid do not match my model as they are too short. I just wish to get a refund for the trial membership fee and receive the correct wire whisk for my mixer.

Thank you for your continued patience, and I look forward to resolving this matter promptly.

I have contacted KitchenAid multiple times to obtain the correct part number for the components that sit beneath the grate on my gas stovetop. The part number provided to me does not align with my unit, which I purchased in Tampa, Florida eight years ago.
When referencing the Cooktop, Burner, and Grate Parts for model KGCK306VSS01, I am advised that only model 00 or model 02 are available. However, the feet do not match the recommended grommet I was told to acquire.
Upon researching, the KitchenAid KGCS105GSS2 Burner Grate Pad Kit seems to resemble the actual parts I need. The part number suggested to me, #13 part number [redacted] Grommet, Grate, is a small rubber circle that does not properly fit into the foot of the metal grate due to the lack of a recess. I would appreciate any guidance on this matter.

I have a high-end KitchenAid gas range, model KSGB900ESS0, which originally cost $2,[redacted]. Despite some parts of the oven not being under warranty, when it stopped working two months ago, displaying an error, I contacted KitchenAid's authorized repair service. They identified that 2 parts needed to be ordered. However, after two months, the parts are still not in stock. The authorized repair company kept delaying, claiming the part would arrive in two weeks, but further inquiries revealed it won't be available for another four months. Despite contacting KitchenAid multiple times and escalating the issue, I was simply told to wait. Apparently, suggestions to source the part from outside distributors or existing warehouse models, or replace the oven altogether were all dismissed. This current model is widely available in stores, making it perplexing why KitchenAid fails to plan for adequate parts support. The proposition to wait for more than six months without an oven is incredibly frustrating and unreasonable.

I am facing issues with my Kitchen Aid dishwasher that stopped working just one week after the warranty expired. An authorized repair company inspected and charged me $[redacted] for a new motor on Jan 3. Unfortunately, the dishwasher is still not working, despite multiple calls to Kitchen Aid customer service. I was given note #[redacted] and informed that the needed part had been escalated. However, when I called on 2/26, the representative was unhelpful, claimed there was no account, and said the part I needed, #W[redacted]4, didn't exist. When I requested to speak to a supervisor, she hung up on me. After calling back, another representative found my account, acknowledged the note, and said my issue was with the replacement department. I was promised an email in 3 days with further instructions. I am disappointed with the service and frustrated with the lack of progress. As a long-time Whirlpool customer who trusted Kitchen Aid, I am reconsidering my loyalty due to this experience.

I bought two extended warranties on February 24th, one for $[redacted].99 and one for $[redacted].03. On February 27th, after calling Customer Service, a representative canceled both plans and signed me up for a bundled plan. Although I got an email confirming the cancellation on February 27th, my credit card has not been refunded yet. My card was also charged $[redacted].10 for the bundled plan, but I haven't received any confirmation of the new enrollment. I've spent almost 6 hours on hold in the last two days, and I'm feeling very frustrated.

On September 7, [redacted], we had a KitchenAid Top Control Dishwasher in Stainless Steel with Dynamic Wash Arms, 44dBA, SKU [redacted]-[redacted]-[redacted] installed in our newly remodeled kitchen. Despite the higher cost than usual, we selected it to match our other KitchenAid appliances and due to a strong recommendation from the Home Depot Design Center. Unfortunately, a few months after installation, the electronic panel controls began to sporadically malfunction, and three months ago, the dishwasher completely stopped working. This has been disappointing as KitchenAid is known for quality products. My husband and I renovated our [redacted]'s kitchen on a budget, doing most of the work ourselves to save costs. We reached out to the Home Depot Design Center, but they advised us to contact KitchenAid directly. We kindly request assistance with resolving this issue, with our preference being a replacement for the dishwasher due to the persistent malfunctions. Thank you for any help you can provide. Sincerely, W. and R. Smith.

This is my second attempt to contact KitchenAid regarding our issue. Thank you in advance for your consideration. On September 7, [redacted], a KitchenAid Top Control Dishwasher in Stainless Steel with Dynamic Wash Arms, 44dBA, SKU [redacted]-[redacted]-[redacted] was installed in our newly remodeled kitchen. Although it was more expensive than what we usually pay, we chose it to match the four newly purchased KitchenAid appliances (stove top, microwave, oven, and refrigerator) recommended by the Home Depot Design Center. After a few months, the electronic panel controls began acting up, and three months ago, it completely stopped working. We are disappointed as KitchenAid is known for high-quality products. My husband and I renovated our [redacted]'s kitchen on a budget due to our work at non-profit organizations. We contacted the Home Depot Design Center, who advised reaching out to KitchenAid. We would appreciate your help with this matter, and we prefer a replacement for the dishwasher. It matches our other KitchenAid appliances and pull handle. Thank you for your assistance. Respectfully, W. and R. Smith.

I am frustrated with my new convection combo oven. The oven temperatures fluctuate unpredictably, resulting in inconsistent baking/cooking. I am puzzled as to why using an oven thermometer is discouraged. Today, my bread took longer to bake at [redacted] degrees, cooked unevenly, and required me to rearrange it due to hot spots and uneven cooking. I dislike the steam emitted during baking. Upon using a thermometer, I discovered the actual temperature was only [redacted] degrees, explaining the baking issues. I miss my old Kitchen combo oven, which performed flawlessly. Despite being the same model, this new one is disappointing, especially considering the high price I paid for it.
