Kipling-usa.com Customer Service Issues

I have made three attempts to place this order, each time receiving a cancellation with no explanation (each with a different order number). I used PayPal, with no address issues and funds available, yet the orders were still canceled. No notification was sent regarding the cancellations. The first order was placed on December 2 with the intention of being a birthday gift for my sister today. Due to this experience, I am highly disappointed and doubtful of ordering from your company again. My family and I are regular customers at Kiplings, both in-store and online, and the lack of service is disheartening. During my call seeking clarification, the representative's response of "Umm, I am not sure what happened, try ordering it again," was not satisfactory given my repeated unsuccessful attempts at placing the order.

I need to cancel my order from Kipling. I am currently overseas and ordered on March 31st with 2-day express shipping. It has been 9 days since then, and my package has not arrived. I was told by the Kipling chat on Friday that FedEx might deliver it on Saturday, but that did not happen. Today I am traveling, and there is no one available to receive the order at the hotel where I was staying, which is why I needed express delivery. I have tried contacting them via email and phone for 3 days with no response. I am requesting a full refund and the cancellation of my purchase.
