I'm David Diaz Ortiz. I purchased Kaspersky Premium, but couldn't install it because it required Windows 7 SP1, so the transaction was canceled. I received a credit note from NEXTWAY via email, stating I have 14 days for a refund. However, NEXTWAY is in France or Germany. They requested my bank account number, but I prefer not to open an account for the refund. The payment number in the email is FR-23-[redacted]49. I need a refund or an alternative product for my computer installation.
