I was disappointed with the flower delivery for my niece. Despite expecting the flowers the next day, they arrived five days late, after her birthday. Additionally, half of the stems were broken or bent, causing further disappointment. I had to bear the cost of replacing them. I am seeking a full refund for this unsatisfactory experience.
