I submitted a request about an hour ago, but I fear I may have sent it to the wrong support department. I purchased a Juul a week ago, and it’s already not charging or working correctly. This is the fourth Juul I've had in the past four months, and each one has only lasted about a month before failing. This is my second time reaching out for support, and I’m hoping for a solution. I'd like to continue being a customer, but constantly replacing Juuls every few weeks is becoming expensive. I am willing to send in my Juul if needed. My device was working fine until a few hours ago when it suddenly stopped hitting. I tried multiple chargers and cleaning the inside with a cotton swab, but nothing worked. I believe my Juul is still under the one-year warranty and would appreciate getting it replaced. You can contact me via email at [redacted]

I recently purchased your product, but have been experiencing issues with the pod staying in the device properly to enjoy the full flavor. I was unaware that registration was necessary upon purchase, which was recommended by friends. Disappointed that the retailer would not exchange it, I am reaching out regarding the one-year warranty. I value the flavor of your product and would like guidance on next steps. Communicating with your company has been challenging, yet I wish to share feedback and explore solutions for various issues. Despite the higher price point, I bought this product for its quality, but am currently dissatisfied. I am open to reconsidering your product with improved experiences. Looking forward to hearing from you promptly. Thank you for your attention and have a great day!

Lately, I've noticed a decline in the quality of the past 16 pods that I've purchased. They start tasting burnt halfway through, with bubbles that I have to constantly flick out. Some pods have even leaked juice, causing a mess. I have several unused pods due to the bad taste and throat irritation. I've been a loyal customer for about 9 months, but the higher price and lower quality are unacceptable. If this issue isn't resolved, I may have to switch to a different e-cigarette brand.

I would like to share my thoughts on the recent change in the maximum quantity of pods available for auto-shipment. I understand that Juul is facing challenges with public opinion and the FDA, however, these limitations are starting to affect my ability to sustain my vaping needs. As a former 30-year smoker who transitioned to vaping, I rely on Juul to satisfy my nicotine cravings. If I cannot access enough pods to maintain my Juul devices, I may have to consider switching back to a standard vaporizer. Despite the higher cost of Juul products, I chose Juul for its convenience. Now, with the limited pod quantities, it is becoming less convenient as I may need to search multiple locations to restock on pods.

Hello, I have developed a leash for e-cigarettes called PLUG, which is compatible with JUULs. Unfortunately, our Instagram account has been frozen due to posts being taken down and reported for trademark infringement. We are unsure if it's JUUL or someone else causing this issue. If it is JUUL, we apologize for any unintended impact on your business. We aim to avoid a negative impact and respect your brand. Should we avoid using the term JUUL in our posts? I hope we can find a solution that benefits us both. Your product is valued, and we aim to enhance the experience for JUUL users. Thank you, Dustin

I am worried because there is a retailer nearby selling Juuls at lower prices. I have noticed a different taste and color in the pods, which is concerning. Even though variations can occur, I consistently experience this at a specific gas station. I checked the Juul store locator, and their address is not listed, raising suspicions about the products' authenticity. I am worried that they might be selling fake items and not carding customers, allowing unauthorized use by minors. This could pose potential dangers. I have heard about fake pods but never took it seriously, thinking chain gas stations wouldn't risk dealing with such controversies. Now, I am considering reaching out to Juul to confirm the location or seek reassurance before making any purchases there.

Lately, it feels like every time I buy Juul pods, there's always at least one that's defective. It's getting quite annoying. I usually spend $16-$18 per pack, which is a good deal compared to cigarettes at first. But when I constantly encounter pods that aren't functioning properly, it almost makes me want to go back to smoking. I even bought a new Juul to test if that was the problem, but it seems like I still end up with faulty pods. The other day, one pod wouldn't even attach properly to the Juul device. I really appreciate the Juul and how it helped me quit smoking, but it's really frustrating when the pods aren't working as they should.

I purchased a Juul yesterday at 3:00 pm from a Quik Trip in Edwardsville, Illinois. It was working well all night and the battery was still on green when I went to bed. However, when I woke up, my BRAND NEW Juul wouldn't respond to tapping or resetting the pod. Usually, I can fix this by charging it for a few seconds, but when I put it on the charger (also BRAND NEW), the light flashed white briefly and then flashed green five times. This happens no matter where I plug in the charger. I'm frustrated that my Juul, less than 24 hours old, is not working properly. I appreciate any help you can provide and hope I've given you enough information.

I recently learned that the fruity flavors of Juul pods will no longer be sold in retail stores. As someone well above the legal age of 21, I appreciate the choice to use these flavors. It's frustrating that decisions affecting personal choices are being regulated, especially when there are various fruity flavored alcoholic beverages still available in liquor stores. This trend of restriction feels like a new form of prohibition. It's more important to focus on education rather than imposing strict regulations. We should address significant issues like poverty, homelessness, and other more pressing matters instead of micromanaging adult choices. Let's stand up for our rights and not let unnecessary restrictions infringe on personal freedom. Good luck in advocating for what you believe in, and let's hope for a fair fight against these regulations.

Hello, I have been using my Juul for about 7 months without any issues until now. Recently, on the last pack of Mango Juul pods I purchased, I noticed that they started leaking when I inhale from my device. Initially, I suspected my Juul device, but after trying the pods on my friend's Juul, they still leaked. I am wondering if this is a common problem with pods and if there is a way to fix it. I feel like I wasted money on this pack of pods as most of the juice ended up in my mouth. Thank you for your assistance. Regards, Nicholas S.

I have quit smoking thanks to your product after 15 years for me and 23 years for my husband. Initially hesitant to use the warranty, I bought a new Juul for $20 instead. However, after trying to redeem my warranty for multiple devices, I encountered difficulties with the return process. I found the mailing coupon too large to print at home easily. Despite loving the product, I felt discouraged by the return experience and the prices on the Juul website. I am considering switching to a larger vaporizer due to these issues. The Juul has been life-changing for me due to its simplicity and design. I plan to return the devices under warranty as a gesture of goodwill. I hope the company understands that not everyone is trying to take advantage and values its customers. I am grateful for the positive impact this product has had on my life. Thank you, C. Steele

Hello, I wanted to share my recent experience with local retailers raising prices on flavored pod packs, some to over $20, following news about teen vaping prevention. Specifically, the Cloud 9 shop in Canton, GA, tried to mislead me by claiming these products would no longer be produced. This behavior is troubling and deceptive to customers. Thanks to your email clarifying the situation, I was informed and went to a Racetrack gas station where prices had also increased by $4 per pack of 4. These sudden price hikes seem like an attempt by retailers to exploit the situation. I believe it's important for you to be aware of these dishonest practices, as customers without access to your emails may be misled and lose trust in your brand. I am not expecting any action to be taken, just wanted to bring this issue to your attention. Thank you for your time, L.W. (Former smoker, 45 years old)

Hello, I'd like to share my recent experience regarding the rising prices of flavored pod packs in local retailers, particularly at Cloud Nine shop in Canton, GA, following news about teen curbing. Despite being told that these products would no longer be produced, thanks to the email from Juul informing customers of their plans, I was aware of the truth. Disappointingly, after encountering price hikes at Cloud Nine, I visited a Racetrack gas station where prices had also increased. It's concerning to see retailers taking advantage of the situation. I wanted to bring this to your attention to highlight how customers without email access may be misled into thinking Juul is behind these price increases, impacting their trust. Despite not expecting any action, I believe raising awareness is crucial. Without the email, I might have believed the false information given to me. Thank you for your time. Best regards, Leslie (Former smoker, 45)

I have Snapchat and have been seeing articles discussing the potential shutdown of Juul. I understand the concerns about underage nicotine use, but Juul is not the only brand offering these products. At 18, I purchased a Juul device with my own money, and now there are reports stating the age requirement might be raised to 21. I use the device for personal enjoyment and do not buy for anyone else. How can I continue using it if I can't get compatible pods? Nicotine is legal for me, so restricting Juul seems unfair. Additionally, I appreciate the flavors, as does my 42-year-old uncle. These flavors are not just for teens but for everyone. Please consider the legal users and focus enforcement on preventing underage use.

I'm here to discuss some general concerns. Firstly, I recently purchased a new silver edition Juul, which I love. However, I've encountered problems with the pods. It appears that depending on the flavor chosen, the pod igniters can be unreliable. I've wasted money on pods that either didn't work or leaked, causing a burning sensation in my mouth. I was excited about the 3% pods, but some retailers offer them only in select flavors and in two packs for $11. The high prices are making me consider buying a different device, despite my affinity for Juul's design and quality. I hope the company's leadership addresses these issues, as they seem common among users.

Dear Juul, I want to express my gratitude for creating a successful alternative to cigarettes. Having smoked Marlboro since I was 16, I made the switch to Juul six months ago and couldn't be happier. Finally, I don't have the unpleasant smell or taste of cigarettes. Juul's mango pods from my local store have been my go-to, but now they're becoming scarce. I'm frustrated that a product aiding smokers in quitting is being restricted, despite the positive impact it has had on me, my brother, and my uncle. I fear without access to mango pods, we may resort back to Marlboros for convenience. It's disheartening to see a product that has helped many adults quit cigarettes facing such scrutiny due to youth usage. I hope Juul continues to prioritize assisting individuals in becoming smoke-free, like me and many others. Regards, Michael S.

To Whom It May Concern, I encountered a concerning issue with my Juul recently that has left me very dissatisfied. While at a friend's house two days ago, I noticed that the pod I was using in my Juul was leaking slightly. Ignoring it at first, I later heard a strange noise and felt a hot spot on my leg. To my shock, I realized it was my Juul malfunctioning in my pocket, heating up, and even starting to emit smoke. It took me a moment to react and remove the pod, which thankfully stopped the smoking and crackling. This incident was not only dangerous but also frightening for me and those around me, making me hesitant to use my Juul regularly now. I am deeply disappointed in the product and the potential risk it posed. I would like to continue using my Juul, but this experience has left me feeling unsafe.

I bought a Juul for $65 at a gas station nearby but it didn't work. I returned it and got my money back. Then I bought another one for $42 at a different gas station, which initially worked fine. However, my mango pod leaked juice, one pod had a crack, and another pod cracked. After charging it overnight, my Juul no longer works. I'm frustrated with paying $42 for all these issues. I am requesting a free starter kit or a refund of my money.

I purchased the starter kit two weeks ago, but it did not include any mouthpieces. After buying mouthpieces separately, I used the device for less than two days before it failed to recharge. I tried charging it overnight at my brother's house for six hours without success. Back home, I cleaned the contacts as instructed, left it to charge overnight, but it still didn't work. I've spent nearly $20 on mouthpieces and about $35 on cigarettes due to not being able to use the device. I believe I deserve a replacement device and $55 worth of mouthpieces at this point.

Hello, I have recently encountered an issue with the last two packs of pods I purchased for my Juul. Almost all the pods in each pack are leaking, making them oily and wet. When I use my Juul, I end up with unpleasant oil in and around my mouth, affecting the taste. I usually clean my Juul and pods with Q-tips and paper towels to resolve leaks, but this time it didn't help. Even after buying another pack, most pods were leaking, which was disappointing. I'm considering switching to Sourin despite the convenience of using pre-filled pods. Can you ensure the next batch of pods I receive isn't defective? I understand you may receive many emails, but I would appreciate a prompt response. Thank you, Maya D.
