Regarding the experience at Alexis Nihon location: I encountered an employee at 10 am who was exceptionally rude to me. Initially, when I greeted her and inquired about a specific smoothie in English, she responded curtly and switched to speaking rapidly in French. Politely, I requested her to continue in English as I am anglophone. She insisted on speaking only French, which I understood to some extent. After indicating that I would choose a different item, she abruptly walked away as I was still talking, displaying impatience when I repeated myself. Despite purchasing another drink, her tone turned angrily directive, instructing me to wait without apparent reason. When I questioned her behavior, she responded sternly and dismissively. Despite typically refraining from lodging complaints due to my own experience in customer service and being a tenant in the same building, this encounter left me feeling extremely disheartened. The behavior of this employee contrasted with the usual kindness displayed by others at this location, prompting me to express my dissatisfaction here.
