John Varvatos Customer Service Issues

I purchased a lovely pair of track pants, but unfortunately, after only a few hours of wearing them, I noticed a tear near the crotch area. I spent a significant amount of money on these pants and really like them, but this issue is quite bothersome. I returned them to the store where they attempted to fix the tear, however, when I received the pants back, the problem remained unresolved. At this stage, all I am looking to do is replace them. If necessary, I can provide photos of the tear.
