I have an unused older gift card that I can't use because the store says it's invalid. It's frustrating because they've switched to a new type of gift cards, and my old card doesn't have a PIN for online balance checks. It's important to me that they honor the card since it's illegal for gift cards to expire. I've reached out to them but haven't heard back yet.

At the Mall of America store, I placed two orders and arrived at the counter to notify them, as instructed. Despite knowing the orders were not ready, the workers displayed a rude attitude, stating it was obvious the orders were not prepared yet. When the first order was ready, I informed them of the second order, only to receive more attitude about not being allowed to place two orders and that both parties should be present next time. I acknowledge that my quick arrival and dual orders may have been inconvenient, but the disrespectful and unnecessary attitude was unacceptable. I attempted to contact the store to address the situation with the manager, but my calls were unanswered and subsequently declined.

I bought two juices at the Charlotte airport and paid with my credit card. After being informed that one of the ingredients was unavailable, I requested a refund. Despite the promise of a refund the next day, I was not issued a receipt. I questioned the staff and manager about this, but was told this was how "the system works." Upon checking my credit card statement, I noticed the refund was not processed. I contacted my credit card company to sort it out. The handling of this situation at the Charlotte airport store was dishonest and unprofessional. Consequently, I have decided not to patronize your stores in the future.

I just arrived at the store near closing time, about three or four minutes before they shut. The employee was about to open the door as the store sign still displayed "open," but then one of the ladies inside instructed him not to open it. Despite being a loyal customer, I felt disappointed as the sign indicating they were open had not been switched off yet. I comprehend that closing duties need to be done, but the store should close at eight rather than preparing to close a bit before the actual time.

I am a former shift lead at the Jamba Juice located at [redacted] Parnassus in San Francisco. The General Manager, Celia Aragon, was not fulfilling her duties appropriately. Despite my nearly 2 years with the company, she did not allocate hours fairly or effectively. During shifts, she would remain in the back, engaged in personal phone conversations with her family or husband, neglecting her responsibilities while on the clock. She often stayed in the back from 11:50 or 12 pm until 2 pm, which is when she would leave for the day. Celia avoided tasks and instead reprimanded shift leads for minor duties she could have handled herself. Feedback from colleagues at other stores echoed concerns about her subpar performance as a General Manager. Her lack of involvement in making smoothies or washing dishes was notable. The ongoing issues with her managerial style have led to high employee turnover, with individuals quitting after short periods of employment. This situation requires prompt attention as it has persisted for far too long, resulting in multiple staff departures.

I observed a female employee at the Willowbrook Mall in Wayne, NJ [redacted] around 7 pm on May 10, [redacted]. She was handling food and drinks without washing her hands after eating Popeyes, talking on her phone, and licking her fingers. Despite not knowing her name, I remember she had red hair. This behavior struck me as unprofessional and unsanitary. I am a loyal Jamba Juice customer and had never encountered such an issue until this incident. I strongly believe that she should not be employed in that position.

I placed an online order for a coffee and a breakfast wrap. I received an email notification stating that it would be ready at 6:16am. Unfortunately, upon arrival at the pickup counter at the specified time, I was informed that the items I ordered were not available at that location (Pdx airport). The employee mentioned that refunds are processed through the service provider, and she was unable to issue one on the spot. Despite this, I have not received any notification about the unavailability of my order or any details regarding the refund process. The order number in question is [redacted][redacted]. I am eagerly awaiting a resolution and the refund for this order.

I have visited numerous Jamba Juice locations and have always enjoyed the products and atmosphere. However, the Alhambra Jamba Juice at [redacted] S. Fremont Ave., Alhambra, CA [redacted] is one of the dirtiest and least welcoming ones I have encountered. Yesterday, I decided to order via the mobile app to avoid the stress of seeing the lack of attention to detail, laziness, and poor atmosphere. I was disappointed to find the restrooms permanently closed and when I asked the manager, she did not have an answer. This experience has made me question if I want to return to Jamba Juice in the future.

While waiting at LAX airport, I purchased two medium Jamba Juices totaling $18.38. The cashier mentioned they didn't provide paper receipts, so I didn't think much of it. To my surprise, I checked my card statement today and saw the total charged was $36.76, including an unauthorized tip. I never added a tip, especially not doubling the amount of my purchase. I have reached out to my cardholder to dispute this charge, but I am concerned about getting a refund for this error.

I placed my order through the app with a pick-up time for 3:43. When I arrived, I found my drink just sitting there blended. Despite the delay, the service was lacking as Megan seemed unhelpful. She poured the drink, which was already melting, refused to remake it, and only agreed to re-blend it. After that, I had to wait for the other part of my order. The taste of the strawberry surfrider was completely off. I am quite disappointed with the service I received and would like a refund for that drink.

Hello, I purchased a Jamba Juice fundraising card with buy one get one free smoothie deal six times. I am having trouble redeeming the reward code on the Jamba app due to the code being partially obscured when I scratched it off. I have the numbers on the right side of the card visible. How can I retrieve my rewards? I am willing to provide a picture if needed. Thank you.

I had a disappointing experience at Jamba Juice in the Plant Shopping Center in San Jose at Curtner and Monterey. After waiting in line for over 25 minutes, I was informed that they were out of ingredients for my favorite drinks: orange dream, banana berry, and watermelon breeze. Even though there was a small sign indicating certain drinks were unavailable, mine were not among them. The lack of communication and customer service was frustrating, especially when I pointed out that my drinks were listed on their sign, only to be told it was an old sign. It seems reasonable to update the sign promptly to avoid inconveniencing customers who patiently waited in line like myself.

I purchased two fundraiser cards that offered six 2-for-1 drinks each. After using them once, the cards were hole-punched by the stores. Now, the stores insist they need to be registered on the app. However, when attempting to register them, the codes are not accepted. I recently bought two more fundraiser cards, which have been successfully registered on the app. But the previous cards still have four 2-for-1 offers left, and the stores refuse to honor them. Additionally, the app won't accept the codes for the old cards. What should I do in this situation?

I reside close to this address: [redacted] Mission College Blvd Santa Clara, CA [redacted] USA During my five visits, my order has been incorrect four times. Today, 9/25/23, at around 8:30 AM, I requested a PB & banana protein shake with whey protein at the same location. Unfortunately, my shake lacked whey protein and bananas, being 95% peanut butter instead. I must go out of my way to another store to have a satisfactory experience. This recurring issue is truly frustrating. While I understand mistakes can happen, this frequency is unacceptable. I kindly request a gift card or compensation for the four medium PB & banana smoothies I've ordered in the past month and a half, all of which were prepared incorrectly.
