I recently purchased a commode from Jaguar company, but it arrived damaged. Despite several visits from their team promising a replacement seat within 3 days, I have yet to receive a resolution after 3 months. The customer service has been constantly postponing the issue, ignoring our calls, and providing no updates. The lack of response and poor service has been extremely frustrating, considering the reputation of Jaguar as a reputable brand. This experience has caused significant inconvenience during my move to a new house. I urge the company to address this matter promptly as it has been unresolved for far too long.

I, Anil Kumar from Madhepura, Bihar, had complained to Mr. Sudarshan Kumar in Jaguar, who is a technician in Madhepura, Saharsa Supaul, about the Jaguar mixer with a 1-meter cord on March 25, [redacted]. I have been facing issues for 4 months now as the technician is not answering the phone. I have been repeatedly calling for 4 minutes explaining the water problem. It's troubling me a lot. How can I trust a company like Jaguar if their service is not reliable? Please resolve my complaint quickly.

Dear Administrator, I am a Jaguar customer and I purchased a flash from you a year ago. When the new flash was installed, a water leakage problem started, which was fixed by your engineer. After that, there was still a minor water leak, which I ignored as it was minimal. But now, a lot of water is leaking out uncontrollably. I have already contacted your engineer, who suggested changing the plus, but there seems to be some internal damage. It might be better to repair rather than a full replacement as it could involve significant expense and wall damage. I kindly request your help in assisting your engineer to resolve this issue. I have an ongoing issue with my tabletop wash basin, hand shower, and diverter that remains unresolved for a long time. The service technicians assigned to fix the problem, particularly Mr. G, have proven to be incompetent and unsuccessful in their attempts. The wash basin seems to be of poor quality as the company logo faded within days of installation, the hand shower is leaking with a malfunctioning spring, and the diverter is also leaking. The technicians have requested the bill and warranty card for verification purposes. As a loyal customer, I expect prompt assistance in resolving these issues without having to provide any satisfaction code which has not been given yet. Your urgent attention to this matter would be greatly appreciated.

Hello Jaguar team, I am a proud owner of an I-Pace EV400S, purchased three weeks ago. Overall, I am very pleased with the car. Recently, I discovered an issue where water is seeping into the cabin after rain, near the driver's left foot. My local Jaguar dealer explained that it is due to the windshield glue deteriorating. Unfortunately, the car is over three years old, so the warranty does not cover this, as confirmed by the dealer. My car insurance also does not cover this repair. The imported car from Jaguar in Austria was unhelpful as well. The solution might involve reapplying new adhesive, but there is a risk of damaging the windshield, which is costly. Dear Sir, I purchased 2 health faucets with a 10-year warranty on May 7, [redacted]. One of the faucets is leaking below the handle. After reporting the issue to the toll-free customer care service, a technician inspected the leakage, recorded a video, and checked the water pressure on Thursday, August 12, [redacted]. The next morning, the local office manager called to inform me that the warranty claim had been denied. Following a conversation with a senior executive who reassured me, the local manager promised to resend the email to the company and send a service person the following day; however, I have not received any updates since. Despite my attempts to contact the toll-free number, I have not been successful. I am reaching out via email to request urgent assistance, as we are unable to use one toilet, which is particularly challenging for our elderly resident. Our entire community, which consists of over [redacted] houses, exclusively uses Jaguar fittings due to their reputation for quality and warranty. I had an issue with my Jaguar F-Pace 17 yesterday. I parked in front of a department store and when I returned, the engine wouldn't start, showing a message about the transmission not being in park, even though it was in the D position. I couldn't move the car, and the battery ran down. I need to take it to a Jaguar garage for repair. Is it normal for such a problem to occur in a high-end car like this? I'm concerned about what would happen if this occurred in a remote area with my children and dog. Thank you, Aida.

I purchased my car on December 31, [redacted], and I love it. However, I have encountered a few issues that the dealership service center in Irvine, California, attempted to correct without success. The problems are as follows: 1. The driver's window makes an obnoxious whistling sound while driving at speeds of 50 mph and higher. This sound is different from the general wind noise. I have audio recordings of it available. 2. Apple CarPlay has several issues: a) During phone conversations, the receiver hears a constant typing-like sound on the line, making it difficult to understand calls. I have audio recordings available. b) The Bluetooth connection to Apple CarPlay drops intermittently when relying on maps, and reconnecting is not easy. 3. The front grille trembles when the doors are being shut.
