This marks the fourth attempted delivery by Intelcom, the fourth time they assert that no one was present to receive the package. Each delivery has experienced delays, with some taking three to four extra days. The current parcel with tracking number INTLCMB[redacted]45 was scheduled for February 28th delivery, though I was at home the entire day. Despite receiving an email today indicating a delivery window between 5:19 PT and 8:19 PT, their website now reflects another unsuccessful delivery attempt due to absence. I urgently purchased this item at a higher price, emphasizing its importance for my health. Ideally, I would appreciate receiving the item tomorrow morning or sooner, considering the circumstances.

I was expecting a delivery from you on December 13 with tracking number INTLCMC[redacted]13. I received emails stating that the package was delivered at 9:43 pm, and there was a signature, along with a request to rate the delivery service. Another email mentioned the package was scheduled for delivery the next business day, December 14. Despite clicking on the tracking link multiple times, it only shows that the package was delivered yesterday. Can you please assist me in locating the package? Thank you. - R. F. from Montreal, QC.

I prefer not to provide my credit card number for the $2 charge. Additionally, I've attempted to contact your company via email, but it was returned undeliverable. I received notifications through text and email stating that a driver from Intelcom would pick up my return package within a 3-hour window starting at 10:23 a.m. However, it is now 5:52 p.m. and no driver has arrived despite me waiting with my cell phone all day. I had to return a book to Amazon, and Intelcom was scheduled to collect it on Tuesday, September 20th. However, nobody arrived, and I had to reschedule for Thursday. Despite receiving a confirmation for Thursday, Intelcom informed me they were coming on Wednesday instead. On Thursday, they sent a notification that they were en route with no specified time. After a frustrating wait, the delivery person arrived unannounced. The lack of communication and constant changes have made it challenging to trust Intelcom and Amazon's services. The process used to be straightforward, but the recent complications have made it difficult for both customers and Intelcom. Moving forward, I will reconsider using Amazon and Intelcom for deliveries.

I bought a winter coat on Amazon on November 6th, but it was the wrong size. I initiated a return on November 16 with a scheduled pickup for November 17, but nobody showed up. I rescheduled for November 21 with no success. Today, I have submitted another return request in the hopes of a prompt response. The tracking number is INTCLMR[redacted]15. I simply want to return the item and receive a credit on my credit card.

I purchased an item from Amazon that was shipped by Landmark Global to their partner, Intelcom, in Scarborough, Ontario, Canada, with the intention of delivering it to my residence at [redacted] Harwood Avenue, Ajax, Ontario, Apartment 7, Buzzer Code 30, on November 25th. However, according to the tracking site, two delivery attempts were made on the 25th and 28th of November, stating that no access was possible, which is inaccurate. I was present at home both times, having taken the day off work and even left a note on the access box with my details. I monitored for the delivery from my window and tried calling their phone number four times, only to be disconnected after waiting on hold.

I wanted to share that the phone number for Amazon has been updated to 1-[redacted] for Intelcom deliveries. When you call, please note that the system starts in French, but you can choose option 2 for English. It's important to know that customer service is unavailable on Saturdays and Sundays. Additionally, Intelcom does not operate on Sundays. In my experience, they sometimes send a message late at night on Sundays asking to reschedule delivery. It seems like Intelcom may not be as efficient as their website claims.

Amazon and eBay have updated their phone number to 1-[redacted]. It's based in Montreal and the automated attendant is in French first, then you can select English. Intelcom operates only on weekdays, and on Sundays, there's no one available to answer calls. For Amazon deliveries, if you call on a Sunday, they will send a message at a designated time for you to reschedule. Intelcom's website may overstate their availability compared to the actual service experienced.

I tried to reach Amazon, but it seems the phone number listed is for Intelcom instead. The number provided in Montreal is automated in French first, then English. However, no one answers on weekends, which is inconvenient. Intelcom seems less efficient than claimed on their website. It would be more professional to provide accurate contact details for Amazon sellers. It's unacceptable and unprofessional not to have proper notifications or assistance available. Intelcom should ensure the Better Business Bureau and customers have legitimate numbers with actual people to address concerns, rather than just drivers.

We recently put in a well-lit sidewalk with 6-inch tall numbers clearly marking the path to our door. However, our packages keep getting tossed over the fence, making them an easy target for thieves. It seems some delivery people are not paying attention. To avoid this, we kindly ask that packages from Amazon, eBay, and other suppliers be delivered to the correct door on the east side of our house deck, rather than being carelessly thrown over the fence. Thank you for your attention to this matter.
