I requested approval from the court to take a defensive driving course to lessen my speeding ticket. This is a voluntary course, not mandatory by the court. I only have my court case information to upload, as no other documents were given to me. I am unable to begin the course because I am receiving emails stating that I need to upload court documents. It is urgent for me to start this immediately to have the certificate by April 23. I request I Drive Safely to enable me to begin the course.

After completing my 4-hour driver improvement course on June 6, I was unable to download my certificate as stated on the help center. Despite it being June 11, I have yet to receive my certificate and must submit it to the court by June 13 to avoid a license suspension. I have tried calling various customer support numbers and emailed wecare@idrivesafely without success. I urgently need my certificate to safeguard my job as it requires a valid license. Any assistance in resolving this matter promptly would be greatly appreciated. Thank you for your help.

After completing my traffic school video course, I encountered an issue with the final exam. The poor wifi connection in my location caused the page to reload, prompting me to see a message suggesting I repurchase the course. To address this, I attempted to sign out and sign in again. However, upon returning, it seemed like I hadn't progressed in the course. Clicking on "continue course" only led me back to the repurchase page. I kindly request assistance to resume my progress without any additional charges. This situation has been stressful, and I would appreciate prompt resolution.

I am experiencing two issues with the website. Firstly, I am unable to reset my password. Every time I try to reset it, I receive an error message stating, "website not available for this computer." I have attempted this on two different computers, including the current one.
Secondly, I am facing trouble navigating to the next chapter from my home computer. However, I am currently at work, and the navigation appears to be working fine here. The introduction seems to be stuck in a loop, the timer is not displaying, and the "continue arrow" is grayed out.
I am quite frustrated as I was working on completing most of the course last night. Unfortunately, both Customer Service and IT support were unavailable to assist me.

I initially signed up for a defensive driving course, but it turned out to be more of a beginner driving or CDL course. After only completing the first 2 sections which took 3 hours to read, I realized this was not what I expected. I would like a refund for both the course and the audio part, or to receive a check. I'm having trouble accessing my account. Even though I thought I knew my password, it keeps saying it's incorrect. When I try the "Forgot Password" option, it should send an email with my login details, but I haven't received anything. The website then redirects me back to the password reset link, and the customer service phone line, which claims to be available 24/7, says it's after hours when I attempt to call. I just need to log in to my account to download my certificate.

I recently purchased the driver's course from I Drive Safely. After making a payment of $34.95 and completing 3 out of 4 hours of the test, I encountered login issues when trying to access my account to finish the remaining portion of the test. Despite trying to retrieve my password and contacting customer service, I am still unable to log in after waiting on the phone for 15 minutes. I need to complete the course by the end of the week for BMV submission in Indiana. I am eager to resolve this issue promptly to meet my deadline. Thank you.

My daughter has been trying to reach someone for help through the 24-hour customer service line. However, she keeps getting stuck in a loop where she enters her email and is then redirected back through the entire process. Eventually, she receives a recording stating that she's calling outside of business hours, preventing her from resolving the issue. I have been attempting to resolve an ongoing issue with signing up for the 6-hour defensive driving course. Initially, signing up for myself went smoothly, but encountered difficulties when trying to register my husband. The system would not accept the same email address and changing it only added to the confusion. Additionally, we faced problems with the password. I am requesting the cancellation of both my and my husband's subscriptions to the defensive driving class. I'm a bit confused and seeking guidance. The issue with accessing my account has been resolved. I successfully registered and finished the defensive driving course in October. To ensure my completion certificate reached the Clerk of Court of Palm Beach County, I paid an extra $10 fee. However, I recently found out that they never received the certificate. Reviewing my records from I Drive Safely, it seems I completed the basic driving course instead. My license has been suspended since 11/22/21, despite being informed that the DMV was notified of my completion. Is this related to a registration problem? - Kay Francis Hardy

I recently completed a course in Georgia and signed up for another one in Florida using the same email address. After logging back in, I noticed that my Florida course was missing, and I could only see the Georgia course. I was halfway through the Florida course and need urgent access to it. It would be helpful if you could advise customers not to use the same email for multiple courses if the system cannot display both courses simultaneously.
