Humana One - Dental Customer Service Issues

We are experiencing issues with processing patient claims through Humana Speciality Benefits since June [redacted]. Despite multiple attempts, claims have not been acknowledged by the insurance provider. We have followed instructions, including addressing claims to ATTN: COMP BENEFITS INSURANCE CO and using specified fax numbers, without success. Patients have also contacted Humana about the problem to no avail. We have sent claims to P.O. Box [redacted] Lexington, KY 40[redacted] and faxed them to 1-[redacted] and 1-[redacted]. Any assistance in resolving this matter would be greatly appreciated.

I was disenrolled from my Humana One Vision plan because I had to get a new debit card. I reenrolled on September 30, [redacted], but I haven't received my Humana card and there hasn't been any payment deducted from my account. When I try to contact them, they only have my old address on file, even though I updated my information when I reenrolled. I really need to speak to a customer service representative directly. I prefer not to use the mobile phone chat feature as it doesn't address my problem. Please contact me at [redacted] to have a live agent assist me.
