I have spent an hour and a half on the phone trying to reset my password for the Humana Military app on my iPhone. When I attempt to do it, the app is not accepting the information I enter. It's unclear whether my TRICARE ID or my User ID is causing the issue, as the app doesn't specify. I have used my DoD Benefits # for TRICARE ID and what I think is my User ID during registration.
I reached out to multiple customer service representatives from TRICARE, Humana Military, and DEERS, but I was constantly transferred incorrectly. After the sixth transfer, I got disconnected from Tricare.
Dealing with these government-contracted organizations has been annoying and frustrating. I hope for some assistance, although I doubt I'll hear back. If someone can help, my cell number is [redacted].
