Horchow.com Customer Service Issues

I attempted to purchase the Ralph Lauren Dorsey comforter and 2 RL Dorsey Euro shams online early Tuesday morning during the 40% discount offer. However, I encountered issues with my NM account not showing up due to an address change message, despite no recent changes. I tried three times to add my VISA to the payment section, saving as required, but it didn't appear as a payment option. Due to work meetings, I had to stop trying. I am inquiring about the possibility of still buying these items at the sale price that expired. Additionally, I would like to re-add my NM credit card information to my Horchow and NM payment details since I haven't used the card recently. Thank you for your help, Anne D.
