I have a Honor 7A phone but it hasn't received any updates. Whenever I contact support, they just ask me to wait. I have waited for two months, but my device still hasn't been updated. I really need this update for better gaming, especially for running PUBG and using gestures, which are essential nowadays. I used to think Honor was the best Indian company, but the support agents keep giving me the runaround. I now realize that Honor doesn't send updates promptly. If my phone doesn't get updated soon, I may have to switch to another brand like Xiaomi, known for faster updates. I have multiple Honor phones, including three Honor 7As and a View 20 Mate Pro in my household. Please provide an update for an improved gaming experience and better gestures support for PUBG.

I recently purchased the Honor Play, and overall it works well. However, I've been facing a frustrating issue where while typing a message on either the Message app or Facebook Messenger, the return or back button gets clicked randomly, causing the chat to close abruptly and go back to the previous screen. This occurs frequently, especially on the Facebook Messenger chat heads on the home screen. Even after updating to Android 9 Pie EMUI 9, the problem persists. I believe it's more likely a software glitch rather than a hardware problem with the phone. It's become quite annoying, and I would appreciate any possible solutions you may have. Hello, I purchased an Honor 20 phone for my son for Christmas, and unfortunately, he dropped it on Christmas day, shattering the black glass. I have searched online but cannot find the black glass for a sapphire blue Honor 20. Can I purchase the black glass directly from you? If so, could you please provide information on the cost? Additionally, the phone was supposed to come with a Fortnite limited edition skin, but after my son followed all the necessary steps, he did not receive it. Can this issue be resolved? Thank you.

Hello, I am Subbareddy from Ongole, Andhra Pradesh. I purchased the Honor 9X Pro mobile on May 21, [redacted], from the Flipkart site. I received the mobile on May 25, [redacted]. Within six hours, I tried to return it on Flipkart, but the option for return was unavailable, and only the replacement option was there. I ended up receiving two replacement mobiles that I rejected. Despite several attempts to contact Flipkart and Honor customer service, I have not received any resolution in the last six months. The mobile has various issues like heating up during charging and app confusion. I have made multiple unsuccessful appointments with Honor technicians. I have been using the Honor Magicwatch 2-D68 since September [redacted] without any issues until the last 2 months. Recently, I have been experiencing problems with my watch disconnecting from my mobile device automatically. In the Bluetooth settings, the call audio options are not enabled and I am unable to enable them manually. Every time I disconnect Bluetooth, I have to unpair the devices, scan and repair them, and then go to the Huawei Health app to add my device as if it were the first time. I have already reached out to customer care, but they claim it is due to an app update and consider it a feature. However, I find it frustrating to go through this process daily. It seems like the only option is to have both my watch and mobile device connected 24/7, which is not practical for me as a working woman.

Hello Team, I recently placed an order for the Honor MagicBook 14. Initially, I received a confirmation email stating that the payment was successful and that I would be notified when the order was dispatched. However, shortly after, I received another email indicating that the order wasn't fulfilled successfully. The email requested me to click a link to continue with the order to avoid automatic cancellation. Even after verifying all details, the system still showed a discrepancy. Upon checking my Honor account, it displayed that the warehouse had received my order. I am confused about the conflicting messages and would appreciate assistance in resolving this matter. Hello, I have been using an HONOR device for 6 years now, specifically the HONOR 20 for the past 2 years. I am eager to know if my HONOR 20 will receive the Android 12 update. As my work apps require at least Android 10, I am hoping for a prompt update as promised by the company when I purchased the phone. It has been a year since I last received an update, and I am still running on a version lower than Android 10. I would appreciate a quick response regarding this matter. Hello, I purchased the Honor MagicBook X15 almost a year ago, and it has been working smoothly without any issues, providing me with complete satisfaction. Recently, I downloaded and installed a Windows update without any complications. After completing the installation, I attempted to shut down my laptop using the Alt + F4 shortcut key. However, I was surprised to see an unfamiliar option besides shutdown due to my haste. Now, I find myself stuck on the lock screen and unable to access my laptop. I have watched numerous videos recommending booting into "Safe Mode," but unfortunately, my laptop is not responding to this method. Although this approach worked on my friend's laptop, it is not proving effective for me. I have been struggling with this issue for approximately 3 to 4 days now. Can someone guide me on how to resolve this problem?
