I did not receive the correct information about my order. I was not informed that some items needed to be special ordered despite being in stock. The installation, originally quoted at 7-10 days, now has an estimated wait of 3 weeks, which conflicts with my surgery on the 13th. I requested the in-stock products be taken from the shelves, but this was denied. I am frustrated with the experience and would appreciate a call back to resolve these issues.

I found multi-purpose padding on Home Depot's website and visited the Davie, FL store to buy it. They were out of stock but the Hollywood store had 9 items left. After a 30-minute drive, I was told they were out too, advising to order online with a possible week delay. They explained the "in stock" label can be misleading at low inventory levels. Frustrated, I returned home without the item. I ended up ordering online, but this experience and process left me very dissatisfied.
