I'm trying to understand why I didn't receive an email regarding a humidifier product that I didn't want. I specifically mentioned that I would return the humidifier and was instructed to do so within 24 hours before ordering an air purifier. There has been a lack of communication as I never received an email notification. The reference number for this issue is [redacted]4. After spending a significant amount of time on the phone, being told different instructions, and experiencing difficulties placing an order, I now hope to receive the correct product, an air purifier. I need the company to send an email to [redacted] confirming the cancellation of the mistaken humidifier order and ensuring the correct air purifier will be sent instead. I'm a disabled individual with a heart condition and this process has been very challenging for me.

I promised a disabled woman with an improperly implanted IVC filter in her heart an air purifier of her choice. She ordered a humidifier instead, which is not what I rely on for my health. Even though she realized the mistake right after ordering and couldn't exchange it, I had to wait for the humidifier to arrive before refusing it and calling Holmes back within 24 hours. My life depends on the correct product due to a past blood clot, and the faulty filter is crucial to prevent further issues. I was misled about the product features and had to pay extra for batteries. Despite being given a reference number ([redacted]4), I feel neglected as the wrong information persists, putting my health at risk. I urgently need the air purifier promised to me. Please provide the necessary email confirmation promptly as my health is deteriorating.

I have what I believe is a [redacted] window fan from [redacted]. Purchased on Amazon with ORDER #[redacted]-[redacted]. It's a great fan, but one of the off/on/speed dial controls stopped working. I'm interested in getting a replacement part for that control unit if available, as I think the fan motor is still good. Please get back to me as soon as possible. I own a HOH2ooo oil-filled radiator with a melted main rocker switch that is currently buzzing. After disassembling the control area, I noticed it has 6 terminals and the side controlling the high temperature no longer functions. This unit has been reliable until now, and though it may be discontinued, I hope I can find a solution. I found similar switch schematics from another company and wonder if I can replace it. Model: HOH [redacted], [redacted] watts, [redacted] volts A/C, 60Hz, with an Anti-Freeze thermostat. I have experience as an ASE Master Technician/GM Master technician in Electrical and Electronics and believe this unit can be salvaged. I would appreciate any guidance or assistance.
