Hello,
I purchased graduation regalia for my daughter, C.N., who is graduating from the University of Maryland, Baltimore County (UMBC). The order number is CPA[redacted]1.
I contacted customer service on May 2 regarding returning the Stole of Gratitude for $38.99. After initially being told I couldn't return it, I insisted and was eventually informed by Jordan that he would process the return, but I never received an email confirming this.
On May 13, I called back and was told again that I couldn't return the item. After requesting to speak to a manager, Nina provided a solution and opened a case # CAS-[redacted]-F8V4Z9. She instructed that the stole could be returned when picking up the cap and gown at the UMBC Bookstore.
Despite this, when my daughter tried to return the stole on May 17, she was informed she needed to send it back to Herff Jones. This back-and-forth process is unsatisfactory, and it appears there is confusion among your customer service representatives about your policies.
I contacted the UMBC bookstore expressing my frustration over the difficulty in returning the item. I requested a prepaid return label, which was only provided to me yesterday. I am awaiting a refund and hope this feedback helps improve your customer service.

While at Inspire School of Arts and Sciences getting our graduation attire, one of your representatives publicly humiliated my friend in front of our class, making her cry. She couldn't afford the attire as both her parents are unemployed and she has supported herself financially throughout high school. Instead of handling the situation discreetly, the representative announced to everyone that my friend couldn't pay for it. I am appalled and embarrassed that the team member turned a joyful event into a painful reminder of the financial struggles some students face. It was disrespectful and discriminatory. An in-person apology and assurance that this won't happen again, especially in low-income areas, is the only acceptable response.

I'm experiencing a frustrating situation with the Heref Jones phone menu. It seems to be stuck in a loop, making it impossible to address my warranty issue. My ring has been with them for repairs for over three weeks without any updates. Regardless of the options I select, the warranty phone menu keeps redirecting me back to the main menu. I've tried calling at different times, including the recommended 3:30 pm slot, and have been on hold for thirty minutes already. In my previous attempts, I've waited for over forty minutes without any response before giving up.

I have ordered my cap and gown for graduation at Georgetown High School from this website. I used the email [redacted] but forgot my password. I found my receipt in that email and the charge on my bank statement. I need assistance in resetting my password to track my package or have it sent directly to the school on Austin Ave. Graduation is on May 29th, and this is very important to me as I used my unemployment funds to purchase it. Please help me resolve this issue as I have been unable to contact the company directly and I am concerned about not receiving my package on time.

I ordered graduation announcements for my daughter, and unfortunately, there seems to be an error. The outside says class of [redacted] while the inside says class of [redacted]. I am extremely disappointed and frustrated as I need to send them out to people all over the country. I will now have to wait for a correction, meaning they'll arrive after her ceremony. I'm trying to get in touch by phone, but none of the numbers I've tried seem to work. I've left voicemails and not received any responses. This situation needs urgent attention as my daughter is very upset. She has put in a lot of effort, and I want everything to be perfect for her special occasion.

I placed an order for my son's graduation products in November [redacted]. Graduation is only two weeks away, and I haven't received his invitations, signature cards, or the key chain I purchased. Additionally, I haven't been informed if his cap and gown have arrived at the school. I attempted to contact Herff Jones, but I couldn't reach a live representative. The automated message directs me to contact my local representative, who also doesn't answer or return calls. This situation is incredibly frustrating for me.

I am reaching out regarding a missing order placed months ago for my daughter's graduation from Dora High School. I am uncertain if my college ring was crafted by Herff-Jones or Dieges & Clust. The ring was purchased in [redacted] while I attended Saint Peter's College, now known as Saint Peter's University, in Jersey City, NJ.
I am seeking to ascertain the value of my ring. Initially ordered in white gold, I discovered upon inspection that it is actually made of palladium. I am curious if the ring consists solely of palladium or if it contains a palladium alloy. Could you estimate the palladium content and provide an approximate value based on its material composition?
